Application Strategy and Leadership: •Develop and implement the IT application strategy in alignment with the organization's business goals. •Lead and manage the applications team responsible for the development, integration, and maintenance of business-critical applications. •Serve as a subject matter expert for application solutions, providing guidance on the best technologies and methodologies to solve business challenges. Application Portfolio Management: •Oversee the full lifecycle of applications from planning and selection to implementation and ongoing optimization. •Manage a portfolio of business applications, ensuring they meet performance, security, and usability standards. •Evaluate and recommend third-party software solutions to improve business processes. Project Management & Implementation: •Direct the planning, execution, and management of application-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. •Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and external vendors, to deliver application projects. Team Leadership & Development: •Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of application professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration. •Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and support career development opportunities. Governance & Compliance: •Ensure all applications comply with internal security policies, external regulations, and industry standards. •Implement and enforce IT governance frameworks for application lifecycle management. •Manage the risk associated with application systems, ensuring proper disaster recovery and business continuity plans are in place. - Work closely with designers, copywriters, art directors, and internal marketing and product team members to execute creative work, such as films, animations, renders, product photography, lifestyle photography, and more. - Manage creative projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and tothe highest quality standards. You will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are executed flawlessly,and that any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. - Collaborate with external creative production vendors in China and globally to ensure that their work meets our standards and expectations. You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our vendors, and for ensuring that they deliver high-quality work that meets our needs. - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external vendors, and other partners. You will be responsible for ensuring that all stakeholders are kept informed of project progress, and that any issues are addressed promptly. - Ensure that all creative work is aligned with our brand guidelines and values. Project Planning & Initiation • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with client requirements and company strategy. • Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk mitigation, and budget forecasting. Project Execution & Delivery • Manage day-to-day project operations to ensure timely, on-budget, and high-quality delivery. • Coordinate internal teams (solution architects, developers, QA, support) and external vendors as needed. • Monitor and control project progress using tools such as MS Project, or similar. Client & Stakeholder Management • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. • Facilitate regular project updates, status meetings, and presentations. • Manage expectations and resolve conflicts or roadblocks effectively. Post-Project Activities • Conduct project close-out and post-implementation reviews. • Document lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes.

a)Oversee and implement the development of a dynamic, risk-based IA Plan which is periodically refreshed to capture key and emerging risks and trends. b)Oversee and implement effective and efficient assurance and advice to enable complete and collaborative delivery of IA Plan, including the follow-up of management action plans. c)Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of the company’s internal controls, including financial and operational controls. d)Develop and execute control testing procedures on a periodical basis to verify the accuracy and reliability of the financial and operational data, and maintain detailed documentation of control processes, assessments, and testing results. e)Identify control deficiencies and risks and recommend on mitigations and corrective action plan. f)Prepare IA Function reports in a comprehensive, accurate and timely manner, and ensure it meet business and functional requirements and standards. g)Carry out duties in compliance with the external regulatory requirements. h)Support annual audit including control related matters. i)Provide training and guidance to employees on internal controls, compliance, and risk management policies.
