- Bachelor's degree in an IT or Engineering discipline.
- Proven experience in pre-sales, including a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the Computer Vision or related products or services is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, specifically to C-level leadership audience.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledgeable in Linux OS operation and other relevant tools.
- A customer-focused mindset and a track record of successfully building client relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to 25% travel aroung SEA region.
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin.
工作职责
1. Strategy Development: - Develop and implement pre-sales strategies to support the sales team's efforts in achieving revenue targets. - Collaborate within pre-sales team to align efforts with the overall business strategy. - Act as a solutions SME representing SenseTime at internal and external events. 2. Customer Engagement: - Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. - Assess customer strategic needs and discover key business requirements to propose SenseTime products, solution and services, articulating advantages and compelling business value - Design tailored solutions and process transformation recommendations to meet current and future business needs - Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the pre-sales process. 3. Technical Expertise: - Possess in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services and be able to convey their value to potential clients. - Conduct business-focused discovery sessions, presentations, demonstrations proof of concepts and pilots - Work with various teams on event / demo preparation, setup and support - Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to the company's offerings. 4. Proposal Development: - In charge of curating persuasive and customized proposals, presentations, and demonstrations. - Collaborate with the sales teams to create compelling materials. 5. Sales Support: - Collaborate with the sales team to understand their needs and provide pre-sales support. - Assist in the development of sales strategies and tactics to close deals.

1. Strategic Account Management & Growth Cultivate and expand relationships within assigned key accounts, using existing contacts to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Develop account plans that align with clients’ business goals and SenseTime's vision. 2. Presales Leadership & Solution Design Architect and execute presales strategies that support SenseTime’s sales targets and strategic direction Drive discovery workshops, perform technical/business need assessment, and shape custom AI solutions. Deliver compelling demos, proof‑of‑concepts, pilots, and presentations to enterprise clients. 3. Proposal & Response Development Author persuasive proposal materials, decks, and technical documentation tailored to client requirements. Lead RFP/RFI submissions and collaborate with sales to ensure messaging matches client value drivers . 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with sales, product, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure seamless alignment between customer needs, proposed solutions, and execution plans. Act as SenseTime’s subject-matter expert at forums, internal events, and external client engagements. 5. Market Intelligence & Positioning Monitor trends in AI, computer vision, and industry-specific domains. Provide insights into competitive landscapes and pricing positioning
