Qualifications
CRM Management: Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure data accuracy, lead tracking, and pipeline visibility.
•Sales Reporting: Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports, including performance metrics, forecast accuracy, and goal tracking for management.
•Administrative Support: Assist the sales team with contract preparation, proposal creation, price quoting, and managing sales documentation.
•Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and help implement improvements to streamline workflow and increase efficiency.
•Onboarding & Training: Assist in onboarding new sales hires by providing training on internal systems, processes, and sales tools.
