1. 负责人力资源运营各项手续办理,保障人事运营流程高效运行; 2. 协助进行人力资源制度和流程的建立和迭代; 3. 识别工作中的潜在的劳动用工风险,防范并及时解决问题规避风险; 4. 协助推进各类项目工作的有效落地,不断优化服务交付的流程,确保服务交付的专业、一致及高效,不断提升服务水平和员工对人力资源服务的满意度; 5. 进行人力资源数据指标体系搭建、数据可视化建设,并通过人力资源运营数据的报表和分析,对公司内部提供人力资源数据支持,帮助业务洞察组织和人才管理的问题; 6. 通过对人力资源运营中发现的系统优化需求梳理总结、分析,输出需求文档,并与技术研发团队协作,推动完成数字化及智能化工具的开发及使用。
1、具备对人工智能全链路的了解,包括数据预处理、特征工程、以及AI模型的训练、评估与调优,能在HR场景中实施高效的机器学习和深度学习解决方案。 2、具有对大型语言处理模型(如GPT、BERT等)的理解和实践能力,能够利用模型提升HR管理中的自然语言处理任务效果。 3、使用低代码平台搭建应用的前端页面,结合JavaScript实现交互功能; 4、了解数据库、大数据的基本原理,能够理解HR数据存储与查询的基本逻辑; 5、熟悉HR业务与产品开发流程,能够从HR业务或用户需求出发,提出创新性解决方案; 6、乐于探索HR+AI的前沿实践,对AI在HR领域的应用场景有深入思考,并积极参与相关研究与讨论。
1、协助调研目标国家(如东南亚、中东、欧洲等)的劳动力市场、用工政策、文化差异及合规要求,为海外业务落地提供支持; 2、协同业务、法务、财务团队,参与海外分公司设立的前期筹备,包括本地化用工流程、制度、纪律框架体系搭建等; 3、支持海外地区本地雇员及中国外派员工的人力运营工作; 4、支持海外业务员工的体验提升以及日常管理工作; 5、参与海外本地化制度建设、能力建设等人力资源项目,输出标准化流程文档。
【劳动关系管理】 1、负责员工劳动合同的起草、签订、续签、变更及终止等全流程管理,确保合规性; 2、跟进劳动用工风险防范,处理劳动纠纷、仲裁及诉讼的协调与应对; 3、维护员工档案,确保劳动关系相关文件的完整性与保密性。 【员工关系维护】 1、定期与员工沟通,了解职场诉求,协助解决员工投诉、冲突及争议; 2、组织员工满意度调查,分析数据并提出改进建议; 3、策划并实施员工关怀活动,提升员工归属感。 【政策与流程优化】 1、协助制定和修订公司劳动用工相关制度(如考勤、奖惩、离职管理等),确保符合法律法规; 2、监测劳动法规动态,及时更新内部政策并组织培训宣导; 3、优化劳动关系管理流程,提升效率与员工体验。 【跨部门协作】 1、协同法务、HRBP及业务部门处理复杂劳动关系问题; 2、为管理层提供劳动风险预警及解决方案建议。

Mission This position is primarily responsible for risk assessment of employees' international business travel and maintenance of related data and systems. Through professional analysis and system management, it ensures the full compliance of employees' international travel processes and guarantees the smooth progress of travel activities. You’ll make an impact by • Risk Assessment: Based on travel application information submitted by employees (including destination, duration, itinerary, etc.), conduct comprehensive risk assessment from dimensions such as visa type matching, individual income tax payment compliance, social security connection standardization, and travel safety at the destination, identify potential issues and propose solutions to ensure travel activities comply with relevant domestic and foreign regulations and company systems. • Data and System Maintenance: Responsible for accurately uploading and real-time updating data such as travelers' personal information, travel details, and risk assessment results in the company's internal management system; regularly verify data integrity and accuracy to ensure the timeliness and availability of system information. • Collaboration and Support: Maintain communication with visa team or check official websites, tax team, social security websites, and internal/external business unit of the company; assist in resolving emergencies caused by risk assessment issues during travel and provide professional advice. • Support data maintenance on internal IT tool (IHRIS) to ensure the completeness and accuracy of data and documentation. • The specialist enables the Business Travel team to focus on their core tasks by acting as administrative assistant. • Prepare, maintain, and provide information or documents as needed by other parties. • Provide immigration policy consultation to inbound and outbound business travelers; • Support on visa application and issuing invitation letter for inbound and outbound business travelers.
