任职要求
1. 应用数学、计算机、机器学习等相关专业的硕士/博士，4年以上模型领域工作经历； 2. 有智驾感知算法，3DGS/NeRF、Diffusion、多模态、生成式模型，其中某一或者多个领域相关的技术研发及产品落地经验； 3. 有计算机视觉及模式识别领域顶会（CVPR/ICCV/ECCV/NeurIPS等）论文者优先； 4. 深入掌握Python，有算法落地方面（内存、耗时、分布式运算等）的优化经历。
工作职责
1. 负责自动驾驶世界模型、场景重建相关技术的研究、算法开发、性能调优；相关技术包括3DGS/NeRF、Diffusion Model、多模态、生成式模型等； 2. 负责世界模型在自动驾驶闭环仿真场景生成领域的量产落地，解决落地过程中的关键技术问题； 3. 跟进相关领域世界模型的前沿技术，保持技术行业领先；
