Responsibilities 1.Responsible for competitive channel research and formulation of channel plans within the region. 2.Responsible for regional dealer development, cooperation, store construction implementation, and investor relationship maintenance. 3. Responsible for channel operation management, formulating store operation standards and management systems, and improving store operation quality and efficiency. 4.Assist the Chinese headquarters in phased summary and review to optimize channel management standards and processes. 5.Collect and analyze dynamic market information within the region.
1. Supply chain, transportation, or logistic network management solution experience. 2. Manage full lifecycle of complex cross-functional programs with considerable impact across multiple functions, ensuring successful delivery. 3. Development of the overall program strategy, tactically driving teams in and outside of your function to deliver. 4. Define the program (mission, vision, tenets), set objectives, analyze data and drive improvements that are quantified with metrics. 5. Navigate and resolve ambiguities in business scenarios, applying creative problem-solving skills. 6. Foster collaboration with internal and external partners to optimize resource allocation and project success. 7. Evaluate and prioritize projects in conjunction with customer needs and technical team inputs. 8. Bridge gaps in team dynamics, processes, and systems, preventing common project pitfalls. 9. Identify and mitigate risks, preventing them from escalating into major issues. 10. Regularly communicate with senior managers, business leaders, and other stakeholders to support key business initiatives. 11. • Leads a team of BDs and collaborate with a broad functional teams to manage accounts of significant size, depth, and complexity specifically focused on the specific industry. • Continues to hire and build out a high performance enterprise BD team with deep specific industry expertise. Ensures clarity in assignment of territories / customer account, set goals and quota, pipeline development etc.. • Builds a team culture focused on long-term strategic relationships with key accounts, ensuring AWS’s customer obsession culture remains at the forefront of team’s focus. • Aligns multiple stakeholders and lines of business in and across accounts that required complex decision-making process, including multiple company executives across both the customer and AWS. Role requires influencing and orchestrating BD activities and teams across multiple geographies. • Deeply understands the opportunities within the customers and their business needs and finds new ways to articulate these as commercial constructs. Represents customer needs and helps define product requirements to improve adoption and overall customer satisfaction. • Negotiates critical relationships and agreements with customers, suppliers or other external partners at the higher levels. May acts as the escalation point for non-standard agreement terms, including need to employ higher level management to help close agreement. • Operates with significant discretion, taking actions to resolve problems on behalf of their team and/or issues that are impeding the business. Regularly provides learning and expertise that influences broader industry cloud adoption. • Interacts with senior management or executive levels to gain support for items that require escalation while writing convincing and professional documents that require limited direction on matters of importance to company or customers, reviews and provides feedback and coaching to members of the team for the same. • Builds credibility with, earns the trust of, and influences C-level client contacts and internal stakeholders. • Influential with executive-level leadership. May be required to speak externally or otherwise evangelize AWS platform, services and customers across the specific industry more broadly.
You will lead and support your team as a people manager by fostering empowerment and accountability, guided by the principles of model, coach and care: • You will lead teams in identifying and advancing new business opportunities, integrating impactful industry insights into customer engagements, and driving strategic projects and high-impact AI solution deployments that deliver measurable business value. • You will guide your team in developing and executing opportunity strategies through effective orchestration, ensuring alignment with customer needs. This includes coaching on how to engage customers to uncover business challenges and facilitate meaningful solution discussions. • You will coach your team on applying the orchestration model and support them in building a strong partner network to drive cross-sell and up-sell motions. • Leveraging your technical and market expertise, you will mentor your team on connecting Microsoft solutions to customer outcomes and act as a thought leader in AI transformation conversations. • You will define long-term customer satisfaction strategies, lead whitespace analysis, and participate in strategic territory planning. You’ll ensure alignment across departments through regular ROB reviews and planning sessions. • You will be accountable for achieving sales targets and maintaining operational excellence. This includes coaching your team on product and sales knowledge, ensuring completion of required training and certifications, and monitoring key performance metrics across the territory.
