任职要求


1. Bachelor (or above) degree in law.
2. A minimum working experience of 3-5 years PQE.
3. Common law qualification with international law firm training mandatory.
4. Strong regulatory/compliance knowledge and skills. Experience in financial services in Hong Kong, especially in relation to securities, investments or insurance preferred.
5. Excellent technical, drafting, negotiation and analytical skills together with practical commercial acumen.
6. Must be a team-player, highly motivated self-starter with a "can-do" attitude and eager learner with excellent project management skills.
7. Demonstrable advocacy and oral and written communication skills, including the ability to influence different business functions. Strong command of English (spoken and written) and a secondary language (Mandarin / Cantonese) preferred.
8. Excellent people management skills.
9. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
10. Some travelling will be expected.

Ant International Legal Department is seeking an experienced lawyer to support its digital banking business in Hong Kong. The role will be based in Shenzhen and will primarily support an innovative team that develops and manages a range of digital financial products in core banking, lending, wealth and insurance.

The successful candidate must have outstanding technical legal and communication skills, an ability to anticipate the needs of an innovative, sophisticated and fast-paced business and the flexibility to simultaneously manage and deliver on a wide range of projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to work with an exceptional group of legal and business professionals in a dynamic environment.

1. Providing legal support to the digital banking team on a wide variety of local and cross-border legal and regulatory matters, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, conducting legal analysis on new product initiatives and generally advising on legal and regulatory issues arising from a digital banking business involving lending, wealth and insurance.
2. Working closely with compliance, AML & sanctions, privacy, IP and litigation teams to ensure legal and regulatory risks are properly managed.
3. Working closely with other internal stakeholders from other disciplines, including business development, product, finance, treasury, tax, risk, funds and operations.
4. Supporting the internal review and approval processes for new strategic initiatives.
5. Managing legal policies and procedures for the digital banking business.
6. Managing external legal counsel as needed in an effective and efficient manner.
7. Escalating issues, as appropriate, and partnering collaboratively with other team members to support Ant International.

As the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (“MLRO”) for ANEXT Bank (“the Bank”), the individual will have overall responsibility for developing, maintaining and implementing the Bank’s AML, Countering the Financing of Terrorism (“CFT”) and Sanctions Programme. The MLRO will report to the Head of Legal & Compliance, and work closely with the Bank’s senior management to ensure that the Bank’s AML / CFT Programme is robust and in line with regulatory expectations. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on and confident self-starter with strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced and dynamic working environment. • Ensure that the AML / CFT and Sanctions function is best-in-class, and continuously keeps abreast with evolving regulatory requirements and expectations. • Provide support / guidance to senior management to ensure that AML / CFT and Sanctions risks are adequately identified, understood and mitigated. • Be the main point of contact for MAS and relevant law enforcement agencies, with regards to AML / CFT matters. Work closely with Regulatory Compliance to ensure that the Bank continues to build its credibility with MAS, in respect of the Bank’s overall AML / CFT posture. • Maintain a strong relationship with the AML functions across both Ant International (“A&I”), given the close collaboration and partnerships within the A&I ecosystem. • Embrace and leverage technology to fight financial crime through the various AML / CFT control verticals viz a viz High-Risk Reviews, Transaction Monitoring, Name Screening, etc, to achieve operational efficiencies. • Collaborate with Client Risk Management and KYC Operations, in ensuring that their processes are aligned with corresponding AML / CFT policies. • Formulate, implement and perform periodic reviews of the AML / CFT and Sanctions Programme, policies and procedures for the Bank. • Ensure that AML / CFT and Sanctions training for employees is adequate, appropriate and effective.
