任职要求
岗位要求： 具有深度学习、占据网络、目标检测、语义分割、卡尔曼滤波、融合匹配、目标跟踪及任一相关领域项目经验优先； 计算机、电子等相关专业背景；具备扎实的机器学习基础和较强的学习能力；有论文发表经验者优先；有智能辅助驾驶相关工作经验优先； 精通Tensorflow、PyTorch相关深度学习算法框架，有相应的模型设计和实现经验； 具备良好的沟通、协作能力； 熟悉python、Linux、c++等。
工作职责
职位描述： 负责智能辅助驾驶领域中感知算法的设计与研发，内容包括但不限于换电站感知场景下，目标的LC感知、换电车识别、目标定位、后处理优化等； 负责感知算法在换电站领域中的开发、迭代、优化、工程开发、部署等； 负责流程设计、运作、建设等。
