任职要求
1. 拥有本科或以上学位，专业为汽车设计、人机工程、人因工程、工程心理学或相关领域
Bachelor's degree or above in automotive design, human factors engineering, engineering psychology, or a related field
2. 具有汽车人机工程开发工作经验5年及以上
With more than 5 years of experience in automotive ergonomic development
3. 对产品体验具有高度敏感性，对用户需求和行为有深入理解，具备出色的用户洞察能力
Highly sensitive to product experience, with a deep understanding of user requests and behaviors, and excellent user insights
4. 对创新充满热情，愿意挑战传统，推动技术和设计边界革新

1. 根据产品开发要求，结合用户场景，深入剖析用户需求和行为及其关键生理和心理影响因素，合理制订各阶段人机工程空间体验、操作舒适性和储物开发目标和方案 According to product development requirements, combined with user scenarios, deeply analyze user requests and behaviors and their key physiological and psychological influencing factors, and reasonably formulate ergonomic space experience, operation comfort, and storage development goals and plans at each stage 2. 根据产品开发和体验目标，通过虚拟仿真和实物评估，如座舱模型或样件模型，组织人机工程空间、操作和储物开发方案调研、验证和确认，探寻最优、投入产出比最高的工程开发方案，为工程开发方向决策提供支持 Based on product development and experience goals, through virtual simulation and physical evaluation, such as cockpit models or sample models, organize ergonomic space, operation, and storage development plan research, verification, and confirmation, explore the optimal and highest input-output ratio engineering development plan, and provide support for engineering development direction decision-making 3. 持续优化和完善人机工程空间体验、操作舒适性和储物相关开发流程、设计指导和经验总结并组织执行落实 Continuously optimize and improve the development process, design guidance, and experience summary of ergonomic space experience, operation comfort, and storage, and organize and implement them 4. 组织人机工程开发流程和工具的创新活动，在深入理解用户行为、产品特点的基础上，深入分析和挖掘人机工程开发中可进一步迭代和创新的机会点 Organize innovative activities for ergonomic development processes and tools, analyze and explore opportunities for further iteration and innovation in ergonomic development based on a deep understanding of user behavior and product characteristics 5. 积极参加和组织团队业务培训，协助团队能力建设，带教新员工 Actively participate in and organize team business training, assist team capacity building, and teach new employees
该职位的主要任务是协助部门完成职业卫生、人机工程问题变更管理，人机工程运营管理，早期症状干预项目管理及其他健康促进类活动支持。 职责描述: 1. 负责响应工厂日常人机评估需求，如岗位变更、事故事件咨询等。 2. 负责协调车间开展年度岗位人机风险评估及岗位清单统计，并对岗位风险项进行改善推进&追踪。 3. 负责协调车间开展人机工程专项交叉检查活动，及问题项的关闭情况追踪。 4. 负责协助开展工厂人机工程主题活动，例如改善案例评比、工间操竞赛等。 5. 负责协助开展工厂人机工程相关培训工作，定期维护培训课件，确保培训计划正常执行。 6. 负责协助工厂现有人机专题项目的运营，如肌肉骨骼改善项目的人员沟通协调、数据统计分析等。 7. 负责维护人机相关数据报表，按需定期更新人机风险评估记录、人机活动、小组会议等。 8. 完成上级领导安排的其他工作。
工作范围 The scope of work 1. 梳理和优化人机工程相关流程并落实执行层面 Caculate and detail Ergo Standard and implement to daily work 2. 深度参与具体项目，决策和平衡人机工程相关问题，负责和造型及其他子系统等部门的重要沟通 Deep join in Project Process , Communicate with design and other ENG Dept to figure out solutions for excellet Ergo performance 3. 优化人机设计指导标准，合理设定HVI 相关项目目标 Set Project key dimension targets and make Ergo Best Practice Standard 4. 计划管理各项人机相关评估活动 Organize physical evaluation on buck or benckmark during every project 5. 参与人机工程相关的创新活动，对新技术新系统或创新方案进行可行性调研 Join in more Innovative Program and acticity 主要工作职责 Major responsibilities 1. 细化和优化人机工程工作流程（包含项目全生命周期各阶段） Detail Ergo working process ; track and drive deep in every project milestone 2. 参与设定整车乘员空间相关尺寸的目标设定，项目前期设定VTS目标并后期跟踪状态。 Set targets in key dimensions , including roomness ，volume , VTS.... and track status during Project 3. 根据各区域人体尺寸和习惯差异化，指导团队优化和更新人机工程操作舒适性相关标准和设计指导，设定合理人机工程推荐范围。 Caculate reasonable Ergo criteria based on different Body size for visblity ,operation .... in cabin environment 4. 协调解决人机工程相关问题，代表人机工程参与主要项目评审会议。 Responsible and track for Ergo issues , represent points in Project review meeting 5. 组织计划竞争车型评估、项目样车BUCK评估、人机相关样件评估、座椅舒适性评估和背光评估等 Organize for benchmark review , Buck review for cabin comfortable experience 6. 参与架构/舱室创新研究活动，编写创新专利 More active in innvation Program and Patent 7. 建立和优化整车关键尺寸/人机工程数据库 Build vechile dimensions and Ergo Best Practice database 8. 协助团队能力梯度建设，带教新员工 Assistant to lead team members to build excellent working enviroment 绩效标准 Performance standards 1. 合理设定业务VAU目标，并按时跟踪状态，及时上报问题并积极参与问题方案解决。 Set VAU targets , keep tracking , report results 2. 带领团队根据团队按时准确递交项目递交物，包括假人模型、典型断面、limit zone等 Lead team to submit delivers ( criteria , typical section ，limit zone.....) on time 3. 将VTS、储物空间、视觉舒适性等最终状态优化到满足要求或项目可接受程度 All VTS , volume ，visibility or cabin enviroment dimensions need to meet targets or meet Project algined targets 4. 了解技术领域动态，牵头归纳和制定公司人机工程相关设计指导 Know about lastest Egro requirements and apply to Project
负责项目开发整车尺寸及人机目标的设定和达成管控； 负责项目开发过程中人机问题的统筹管理和推进解决； 负责人机工程对标及尺寸分析，熟悉人机扫描及点云数据处理者优先； 负责组织人机工程相关主观评价，并对评价结果进行分析和管控； 负责3D/2D总布置图绘制及人机相关边界输出； 负责编写人机工程体系文件及其他技术文件等。
1. 负责整车人机性能目标制定及管理； 2. 负责造型CAS、工程方案人机可行性分析及人机限制边界制作； 3. 负责整车人机模型设计制作及评审验证； 4. 负责竞品车辆人机对标分析； 5. 负责本品各阶段车辆人机主观评价及人机问题闭环管理； 6. 负责市场反馈问题整改及进展推动； 7. 负责其它临时安排的工作。
