While not mandatory, the following qualifications would be advantageous: - A major in Finance or experience in banking-related fields. - Familiarity with telesales or online sales, as well as experience in customer support or account management. - Proficiency in additional languages beyond English and Mandarin. Desired languages include Hindi, and Arabic.

WorldFirst is a comprehensive digital payment and financial services platform that caters to the needs of global cross-border small and medium-sized enterprises. With WorldFirst, businesses can effortlessly achieve their objectives, such as receiving payments globally, making international payments, managing foreign exchange risks, and accessing supply chain financing through global corporate accounts. This position offers a renewable one-year contract and provides exposure to the dynamic FinTech industry. As a Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include: - Onboarding new customers by utilizing marketing and partnership resources to activate, retain, and grow their accounts, with the goal of meeting business targets. - Building and sustaining strong relationships with new clients through telecommunication and online platforms. This involves promptly addressing their needs, gathering and analyzing client data, and - maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. - Managing day-to-day tasks and taking on additional projects as required. - Collaborating with various teams to resolve customer inquiries and issues, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to expand business potential.

1. You will be directly responsible for acquiring, managing and maintaining key Partner relationships with companies / financial institutions across Africa, South Asia, South America that are able to introduce clients to WorldFirst. 2. You will work closely with these partners to drive referrals into the WorldFirst business. These Partnerships may include Referral, Affiliate, or Enterprise type of relationships. 3. You will be required to connect, manage and maintain key Partner relationships with relevant business associations to promote WorldFirst brand awareness and make WorldFirst to be top of mind among associations’ members. 4. You will be required to handle API related integration projects with strategic partners that require seamless integration of their platforms with WorldFirst platform. 5. You'll need to be up-to-date with WorldFirst's latest products and services to proficiently promote these to our partners and their clients, representing WorldFirst with the utmost integrity. 6. You’ll be responsible for making regular contact with our partner network, providing feedback on any issues they face and delivering solutions to help them overcome their pain points. 7. You need to be comfortable representing WorldFirst in a wide variety of scenarios and locations across trade shows, partner webinars and marketing activities. 8. You need to work closely with Internal teams across multiple disciplines to ensure the smooth and successful on-boarding and activation of partners, including securing buy-in from senior stakeholders of an expanding portfolio of large-scale partnerships 9. You need to work in collaboration with our partners and internal teams to produce relevant marketing material, assess product solution requirements and on-site and remote partner training and support requirements
1. This role focuses on developing and executing integrated marketing projects to drive brand awareness and acquisition. He/ she will be part of the Emerging Markets Commercial team based in Kuala Lumpur. Being a global team, he/she will have opportunities to collaborate with global and local marketing agencies and WorldFirst internal marketing teams across Australia, SEA, China and UK. 2. Marketing strategy & budgeting – Drive emerging markets acquisitions with the objective of growing the business and lowering the cost per acquisition. 3. Online marketing – Partner with our central marketing team to enhance our WorldFirst Emerging Markets website and optimize SEO/SEM results to target the correct client profile. 4. Partnership marketing & events – Drive field marketing activities across Emerging Markets, support sales and partnership team to build ecosystem partners, develop and run lead generation campaigns and events. 5. Social/ Influencers – Identify and manage agencies to drive KOL-led campaigns; Ideate and execute new ambassador programs and campaigns to build KOL relationships (eg. client-based KOLs or external KOLs). 6. Content- Contribute and build content strategy to drive Emerging Markets localized content (eg. Customer case studies, client testimonies, blog content, co-partnership content, social media content across owned, earned and paid channels) 7. CRM – Send out daily market updates emailers; support the Commercial team in reviewing email journeys to optimize conversions down the funnel
1. FX & Wealth Product Campaign Management a. Activity planning and execution of FX related campaigns, including online and offline promotions, customer engagement initiatives and market expansion projects. b. Campaign evaluation and optimization: Utilize data analysis tools to monitor and evaluate effective-ness of campaigns, optimize strategies based on data feedback to continuously enhance impact and conversion rates. 2. FX & Wealth Product Library Management and Training a. Update and optimize customer guides and internal training materials for FX & Wealth related products, ensure accuracy of such material. b. Improve front-line teams’ familiarity with FX & Wealth products through high-quality training. 3. Frontline Support and Collaboration a. Daily Q&A: Serve as core support for the front-line teams by addressing daily operational queries relating to client transactions and providing professional guidance on use of FX & Wealth related products. b. Sales process optimization: Collaborate closely with frontline teams to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance customer response times, ensuring smooth and effective end-to-end operations. 4. FX Risk Monitoring and Operation a. Monitor daily foreign exchange pricing and dealing alerts, monitor anomalies in quotes, trading behaviors, and market fluctuations. b. Risk handling and reporting: Promptly resolving and reporting of risk incidents to relevant stakeholders, assist in developing mitigation plans, and ensure proper resolution to maintain business stability.
