2. At least 7 years' experience in internal/external audit or risk management related work. IT risk,risk management related audit and working experience in Big Four, financial sectors or Internet companies would be preferred.
3. Understanding of local regulatory requirements and relevant laws and regulations.
4. Have data analytical capabilities, able to use SQL or equivalent data analysis tool.
5. Familiar with COSO, COBIT, Holder of CIA, CPA, CISA, CISSP or similar certificates would be preferred.
6. Highly energized and positive, adapt to changes, be creative and able to quickly learn and understand innovative financial business. Have Fintech thinking and well-developed communication skills, and be able to communicate well with business side.

1. Based on local regulations and business strategy, assist the manager establishing risk-driven audit plan. 2. Independently identify and evaluate risks and internal controls of auditable subject, based on understanding of local regulatory requirement,, the company's strategies and business layout and prepare audit reports that meet internal and local regulatory requirements. 3. Communicate with management of problems discovered, provide effective and efficient action plans and validate the remediations. 4. Provide value-added services to business developments, including cooperating with regulatory inspections and organizing related training and sharing. 5. Able to establish continuous monitoring models to improve the efficiency of audit projects. 6. Provide audit services to Ant Group International Business Group as needed.
We are seeking an experienced and mature Reporting Senior Manager to lead and manage the team that is responsible for the end-to-end group reporting process. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate consolidated financial reporting, while also providing oversight over legal entity financial controllership, including maintenance of entity structures, intercompany reconciliations, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, proven leadership, and the ability to collaborate effectively across finance, tax, legal, and operational functions to continuously improve processes and support the integrity of group- level financial information. Legal Entity Controllership • Serve as the financial steward of designated legal entities, ensuring proper accounting, reporting, and compliance. • Oversee legal entity maintenance, including new entity set-up, mergers, dissolutions, and reorganizations. • Partner with tax, treasury, and legal teams to ensure appropriate entity-level reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements. • Review balance sheet and income statement at the entity level for accuracy and trend analysis. Process Ownership & Improvement • Champion initiatives to streamline and automate the consolidation process. • Drive standardization and harmonization of reporting practices across entities. • Identify and resolve issues related to data quality, chart of accounts alignment, and system integration. • Provide support for implementation of on-going and new projects such systems simplification, legal organization structure simplification and compliance matters Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration • Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of managers, accountants or analysts involved in consolidation and reporting. • Act as the key liaison between local entity finance teams, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Corporate Accounting. • Coordinate the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring deliverables are met. • Support internal and external audit processes and respond to audit queries related to consolidation and legal entity reporting.
We are seeking an Assistant Accounting Manager to play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our financial operations and reporting. You will be responsible for managing our accounting functions, supporting the month-end close process, and developing robust internal controls. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong technical accounting skills and leadership potential. • Support the timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis. • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including fixed assets, payrolls, intercompany transactions and general ledger functions. • Help coordinate annual audits and tax filings Implement and maintain accounting controls/policies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes • Liaise with external auditors and support the annual audit process. • Drive process improvements and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency within the finance department.
Monthly Entity Financial Reporting & Monitoring - Prepare standalone financial statements or Management Accounts for local entity - Ensure timely and accurate reporting with a focus on process optimization. Annual Financial Audit & Compliance - Lead annual financial audits, ensuring compliance with Local GAAP and company accounting policies. - Coordinate with external auditors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve qualities. Regulatory Reporting & Stakeholder Management - Prepare and monitor regulatory reports for licensed entities, ensuring adherence to deadlines and requirements. - Collaborate with BU Finance, Tax, Treasury, Customer Fund, and other stakeholders to meet regulatory requirements. Cross-functional Leadership - Establish controls and workflows to enhance financial accuracy - Address cross-border reporting challenges in multiple jurisdictions.
1. Support Head of Compliance, Malaysia to establish and implement a robust compliance program to ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations in Malaysia and internal policies; 2. Responsible for handling submissions, regulatory enquiries, audits and maintain good working relationship with the regulatory authorities in Malaysia, including coordination for any on-site inspection, if required; 3. Lead and support applications for, and continuing maintenance of, money lending institutions (online, offline, Islamic financing), payment institutions, payment systems, e-wallet licenses and other similar Fintech-related business licenses in Malaysia; 4. Provide sound advice and recommendations to relevant stakeholders on matters pertaining to regulatory and licensing issues for the licensed money lending institutions and payment institutions in Malaysia; 5. Identify and manage regulatory risks, act as a point of escalation for any policy and regulatory breaches to senior management; 6. Help formulate, review and maintain compliance framework, policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance with relevant laws and regulations in Malaysia; 7. Conduct periodic internal compliance trainings and compliance risk assessments.
