1. Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business or Finance; or equivalent work experience; 2. 5 - 10 years of relevant compliance, regulatory or similar experience; 3. Strong regulatory/compliance knowledge and skills; 4. Knowledge of Fintech, money lending institutions, payment institutions, payment systems, and similar legal and regulatory requirements in Malaysia; 5. Team player and ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines; 6. Strong command of spoken and written English; 7. Experience in liaising with Malaysia regulators preferred; 8. Experience with financial services preferred.
工作职责
1. Support Head of Compliance, Malaysia to establish and implement a robust compliance program to ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations in Malaysia and internal policies; 2. Responsible for handling submissions, regulatory enquiries, audits and maintain good working relationship with the regulatory authorities in Malaysia, including coordination for any on-site inspection, if required; 3. Lead and support applications for, and continuing maintenance of, money lending institutions (online, offline, Islamic financing), payment institutions, payment systems, e-wallet licenses and other similar Fintech-related business licenses in Malaysia; 4. Provide sound advice and recommendations to relevant stakeholders on matters pertaining to regulatory and licensing issues for the licensed money lending institutions and payment institutions in Malaysia; 5. Identify and manage regulatory risks, act as a point of escalation for any policy and regulatory breaches to senior management; 6. Help formulate, review and maintain compliance framework, policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance with relevant laws and regulations in Malaysia; 7. Conduct periodic internal compliance trainings and compliance risk assessments.

Compliance Intelligence Center Development ● Lead the design and implementation of a global compliance monitoring & interpretation system, utilizing technical solutions (e.g., web crawlers) to track financial regulations, privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA), custodial fund policies, and other regulatory requirements across jurisdictions. ● Develop structured regulatory analysis tools to generate actionable compliance recommendations, collaborating with compliance teams to drive internal remediation. ● Establish a regulatory risk early-warning mechanism to provide proactive compliance support for global business expansion. 2. Legal Contract Center Development ● Build an end-to-end contract lifecycle management platform covering drafting, approval, signing, performance monitoring, and archiving. ● Partner with legal teams to design intelligent contract review modules (e.g., clause compliance verification, risk clause alerts). ● Create a centralized contract data repository enabling multi-dimensional search and statistical analysis to enhance legal operational efficiency. 3. Risk Assessment Product Development ● Develop enterprise-level risk evaluation tools to standardize requirement review processes (e.g., data security, fund flow analysis, technical compliance). ● Design automated risk assessment models integrating cross-departmental data to balance review efficiency and risk control effectiveness. ● Deliver visualized risk dashboards to facilitate executive decision-making and cross-functional collaboration. 4. Cross-functional Collaboration ● Coordinate with compliance, legal, privacy, and technology teams to implement risk control products across all business lines. ● Continuously monitor payment industry regulatory trends and refine product strategies to address emerging risks.
1. CDD/KYC Operations & Compliance - Execute end-to end Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes for merchants and clients, ensuring adherence to global AML/CFT regulations (e.g., FATF, local regulatory frameworks). - Conduct customer profile assessments, document verification (e.g., entity certificates, UBO identification), and ongoing periodic review etc. - Maintain audit-ready operational records and process document. 2. Operational Efficiency & Automation - Partner with Risk and LCAP Strategy teams to refine KYC/CDD standard, clear bottlenecks and optimize approval rates through data-driven adjustments. - Collaborate with Product/Tech to implement automation tools (e.g., OCR for document processing, RPA/APA for workflow triggers), reducing manual effort - Train frontline staff on CDD/KYC requirements and escalation protocols. - Implementation of Effectiveness Supervision and Inspection: - Identify, evaluate, and monitor various risks in daily business operations. - Conduct special reviews and inspections based on risk. - Timely feedback to management and business departments. Provide data-supported decision-making suggestions. - Offer effective improvement opinions and suggestions to prevent and reduce operational risks in key business and management areas.
1. As the leader of the KYC team, Manage KYC operations based on MAS regulated bank compliance policies and KYC regulatory requirements. 2. Support the business to conduct customer check (KYC/CDD) analysis for new business or initiative. 3. Lead the planning and establishment of KYC capabilities including CDD, PEP, Sanctions, Adverse news review and due diligence capabilities for financing business. 4. Establish and improve KYC product capabilities, including on-boarding system, periodic review system, screening system. 5. Work closely with AML Compliance Officers (AMLOs) and Risk Officers to understand the regulatory requirements, status of system capability in relevant entities, identify the gaps if any, and propose the requests for system building or enhancement to relevant teams. 6. Collaborate with middle office and technology team to raise the system requests and to convert the business requirement into product requirement. Implement changes in processes or workflows and drive optimization. 7. Support the Risk and AML operation and link up with the business in case of any escalation.
1. Design blockchain-based financial systems aligned with business growth under international compliance frameworks, integrating Ant International's payment and fintech business characteristics. 2. Responsible for requirement analysis, feasibility assessment, and solution design for blockchain-based liquidity allocation products, delivering comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRD). 3. Establish standardized blockchain-based fund products, incorporating industry best practices to drive compliant customer-facing blockchain solutions for Ant's global operations. 4. Research industry blockchain service models and promote product commercialization and penetration. 5. Collaborate with technical teams and project managers to ensure efficient delivery of requirements. 6. Oversee end-to-end product development cycles from launch to operation, ensuring timeline adherence and quality control.
