1. Design and drive payment and financing solutions targeting e-commerce ecosystem participants, including e-marketplaces, site builders, logistics, advertising suppliers, etc. 2. Collaborate with Internal teams (i.e. marketing, onboarding, CRM, etc.) to produce relevant sales needed materials and tools to enable enterprise BD team globally to sell above solutions efficiently and effectively 3. Run the Centre of Excellence platform – bringing together international enterprise partnership best practices across the globe into an Enterprise Standard Operating Process and addressing international enterprise collaboration issues 4. The solutions aim to cover full value chain of those enterprise partners, including mass payout, treasury management, seller recruitment service and potentially factoring service 5. The goals of the enterprise business would be 1) to maximize the engagement with those partners to bring customers to WorldFirst seller business; 2) to generate transaction volume and revenue directly from those enterprise clients 6. Perform various administrative and operational duties to drive effectiveness. These operational tasks include but are not limited to preparation of materials for senior management, facilitate key management meetings, maintenance of target timelines of initiatives & getting updates to drive traction, draft processes & validate implementation of initiatives.

We are seeking an experienced enterprise partnership professional with a proven track record in developing and executing go to market strategies that can help WorldFirst grow the business across the APAC regions. As a market leader of cross border payment solutions across the APAC region WorldFirst has a broad set of existing APIs and products that can connect enterprise and partners in cross-border trade industry. This is a newly created role reporting directly to the head of global business growth and operations, representing a great opportunity to make a major impact to the performance of the business in the region. • Create and execute strategy targeting the enterprise partners in the retail industry: e-marketplaces, site builders, logistics providers, digital advertising agencies etc • Sell and embed solutions including mass payout, treasury management and seller recruitment services to enterprise partners • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on go-to-market initiatives. Job description: - Global SME (small and medium enterprise) merchant solution specialist to help drive SME business growth: we have a global telesales team who manages global small to medium sized clients (and we have on ground BD team to cover large sized clients), and the role we are hiring will work closely with global telesales team to understand client needs, draft solution requirements, work with product/ tech and other key functions to deliver solutions and draft GTM plan to launch solutions successfully - Global product content specialist to bridge product knowledge and compelling content creation: create product documentation, feature guides, and customer-facing materials aligned with product specifications, and support sales/marketing teams with product positioning content and competitive analysis
Partner Planning and Recruitment •Identify target partner segments within the region; recruit high-quality, high-growth partners and develop BP/expansion plans. Partner Growth Enablement • Support development and cultivation of localized channels to ensure regional coverage and customer prospecting. • Systematically empower partners according to their business focus—including policies, products and solutions, and personnel certification—to enhance and transform their sales and service capabilities and drive business growth. Partner Operations and Incentives • Identify and allocate opportunities; leverage partners for customer nurturing and business expansion with ongoing tracking and resource support. • Manage partner processes and resolve conflicts. • Participate in incentive policy design and feedback to safeguard partner rights. • Monitor partner satisfaction; promptly respond to reasonable partner requests and make quick decisions. Partner Collaboration Risk Management •In accordance with ecosystem collaboration policies, effectively manage ecosystem quality control, compliance, and credit risk to prevent integrity violations and other red-line behaviors, thereby enhancing business security.
