Job description: - Global SME (small and medium enterprise) merchant solution specialist to help drive SME business growth: we have a global telesales team who manages global small to medium sized clients (and we have on ground BD team to cover large sized clients), and the role we are hiring will work closely with global telesales team to understand client needs, draft solution requirements, work with product/ tech and other key functions to deliver solutions and draft GTM plan to launch solutions successfully - Global product content specialist to bridge product knowledge and compelling content creation: create product documentation, feature guides, and customer-facing materials aligned with product specifications, and support sales/marketing teams with product positioning content and competitive analysis
1. Design and drive payment and financing solutions targeting e-commerce ecosystem participants, including e-marketplaces, site builders, logistics, advertising suppliers, etc. 2. Collaborate with Internal teams (i.e. marketing, onboarding, CRM, etc.) to produce relevant sales needed materials and tools to enable enterprise BD team globally to sell above solutions efficiently and effectively 3. Run the Centre of Excellence platform – bringing together international enterprise partnership best practices across the globe into an Enterprise Standard Operating Process and addressing international enterprise collaboration issues 4. The solutions aim to cover full value chain of those enterprise partners, including mass payout, treasury management, seller recruitment service and potentially factoring service 5. The goals of the enterprise business would be 1) to maximize the engagement with those partners to bring customers to WorldFirst seller business; 2) to generate transaction volume and revenue directly from those enterprise clients 6. Perform various administrative and operational duties to drive effectiveness. These operational tasks include but are not limited to preparation of materials for senior management, facilitate key management meetings, maintenance of target timelines of initiatives & getting updates to drive traction, draft processes & validate implementation of initiatives.

Responsible for supply chain marketing collaboration, sales plan product design. By breaking down traffic and marketing systems, associate business plans and sales plans with marketing and traffic promotion behaviors, and converting them into the determination of supply chain inventory plans. Ensure the accuracy of sales plan achievement and the certainty of supply chain replenishment plans. Design systematic product solutions to establish a retail supply chain product system. 2. Combine industry trends and business development goals to design scenario-based marketing tools and supply chain collaboration mechanisms. Promote cross-departmental resource integration to ensure the implementation of product solutions in key scenarios such as business operations and inventory management. Continuously improve the certainty of marketing strategies, traffic mechanisms, and supply chain systems. 3. Lead the construction of medium- and long-term product architecture. Based on ensuring product flexibility, build an expandable supply chain marketing collaboration platform to promote data standardization and process automation, forming industry-leading scenario-based solutions.
Key Tasks & Responsbilities - Responsible for homepage operation on Lazada Philippines, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness of the homepage and other public traffic areas. - Monitor traffic sources, conversion efficiency, user experience on the homepage, and track the growth of core business. - Collaborate closely with user operation teams, key business teams like campaign team providing public domain operational support, and facilitating local team's business growth with public domain strategies. - Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration, address operational issues, and ensure smooth business processes. - Analyze market trends and competitor user strategies, propose innovative optimization recommendations to continually enhance operational performance.
Job Description 1. Working closely with country teams to ensure the smooth running of the day to day IT operations for all offices. 2. Develop guidelines, processes, and procedures to enhance office IT Infrastructure resiliency and service availability. 3. Experience establishing, implementing and running the day-to-day operations. 4. Extensive experience developing and enforcing standards and procedures for project deliverables quality assurance, walk-throughs, issues reporting and change management. 5. Strong experience with IT budgeting, Asset Management, IT Service Management, vendor Management, Stakeholder and Business Management 10. Strong passion on Change and CSI, Agile and dynamic.
