Fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, overseas study or working experience is preferred. 4. Excellent communication and coordination skills, resource integration skills, goal orientation, strong self-drive and initiative.

1. Responsible for designing and building the general capacity of cross-border payments, including fund settlement/ fee reconciliation, promoting the innovation and transformation of system capabilities and continuous iterative optimization, outputting general solutions under proactively insight and customer demands refining 2. Responsible for upgrading and optimizing customer service related product and capabilities of cross-border payments 3. Maintaining a good cooperative relationship with BD,product and tech team, effectively promoting the implementation of product capabilities and obtaining results.

Job Description 1. Analyze cross-border tourism market trends, develop industry growth strategies, assist and empower Ant International's regional user growth, collaborate with key industry merchants to enhance the growth of Alipay+ and it's travel solution. 2. Formulate industry marketing strategies and plans based on the needs of the cross-border tourism business, while leveraging platform/industry marketing resources, key moments, and plans to increase the awareness of Alipay+ and it's travel solutions and achieve healthy user growth through productization. 3. Combine user data and activity data to uncover more innovative marketing scenarios and methods driven by data, thereby achieving sustainable business growth. 4. Efficiently collaborate with UED, product, and technology teams, playing a leading and decision-making role from project planning to launch. Work closely with the marketing team to build marketing strategies and interactions, jointly promoting the implementation of marketing strategies to enhance user engagement.
CDD/KYC Execution & Governance ● Lead End-to-End CDD/KYC Processes: Oversee the comprehensive Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes for merchants and clients, ensuring strict adherence to Financial Action Task Force (FATF) standards and local Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CFT) regulations. ● Dynamic Customer Risk Profiling: Conduct thorough risk assessments, including detailed entity structure analysis, Ultimate Beneficial Owner verification, and validation of key documents such as certificates of incorporation and proof of ownership. ● Compliance Documentation and Remediation: Proactively identify and address gaps in compliance documentation, driving remediation actions to maintain audit-ready records. Process Innovation & Cross-functional Collaboration ● Collaborative Workflow Redesign: Partner with cross-functional teams, including Risk and Product, to redesign CDD/KYC workflows using data-driven insights, thereby resolving bottlenecks and enhancing approval rates. ● Process Automation Initiatives: Champion the implementation of process automation to reduce manual workload and improve operational efficiency. ● Training and Development: Design and deliver targeted training programs for frontline teams on emerging regulatory requirements and risk escalation protocols. Proactive Risk Intelligence & Strategic Advisory ● Risk Monitoring and Analysis: Continuously monitor daily operations to detect emerging risk patterns, initiating deep-dive reviews for high-risk segments. ● Predictive Analytics and Reporting: Develop predictive dashboards to inform management decisions, providing actionable recommendations to mitigate operational vulnerabilities.
We are looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our Sales Enablement Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operation and product operations, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making. This role is critical in supporting our regional team's success by providing sales insights, optimizing processes, and ensuring alignment with business goals. Key Responsibilities 1. Process Optimization: a. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness. b. Develop and maintain sales policies, procedures, and best practices. Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, Finance) to ensure seamless integration and alignment. 2. Sales Tools optimization and management: a. Work with regional teams to provide sales performance related data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. b. Create and maintain dashboards and reports to provide real-time visibility into key sales metrics. 3. Sales Enablement: a. Develop and deliver training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of the local partners. b. Ensure that sales tools, systems, and resources are effectively utilized to support the sales process. c. Collaborate with product team to align sales strategies with product roadmaps and go-to-market plans. 4. Project Management: a. Lead and manage cross-functional projects related to sales operations, ensuring timely and successful delivery. b. Coordinate with IT and other technical teams to implement and optimize sales-related systems.
1. Design and drive payment and financing solutions targeting e-commerce ecosystem participants, including e-marketplaces, site builders, logistics, advertising suppliers, etc. 2. Collaborate with Internal teams (i.e. marketing, onboarding, CRM, etc.) to produce relevant sales needed materials and tools to enable enterprise BD team globally to sell above solutions efficiently and effectively 3. Run the Centre of Excellence platform – bringing together international enterprise partnership best practices across the globe into an Enterprise Standard Operating Process and addressing international enterprise collaboration issues 4. The solutions aim to cover full value chain of those enterprise partners, including mass payout, treasury management, seller recruitment service and potentially factoring service 5. The goals of the enterprise business would be 1) to maximize the engagement with those partners to bring customers to WorldFirst seller business; 2) to generate transaction volume and revenue directly from those enterprise clients 6. Perform various administrative and operational duties to drive effectiveness. These operational tasks include but are not limited to preparation of materials for senior management, facilitate key management meetings, maintenance of target timelines of initiatives & getting updates to drive traction, draft processes & validate implementation of initiatives.
