• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field. • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and Inter-company settlements. • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Oracle) and advanced Excel • Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS • Good understanding of internal controls and corporate governance. • Motivated self-starter, resourceful and ability to work independently; keen to learn with the ability to collaborate with various departments. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong language skills, including English and Chinese are needed to work smoothly with stakeholders.
工作职责
• Perform a full spectrum of GL function and to maintain a full set of accounts. • Perform and manage day-to-day accounting operations (GL, Inter-company, Payroll Accounting, Bank Reconciliation) • Monthly accounting close includes preparing and posting journal entries. • Conduct comprehensive variance analysis to deliver actionable insights, enabling data-driven decision-making and operational optimization for internal stakeholders. • Direct the application of new or changes to corporate, statutory, IFRS and relevant accounting standards/ • Deliver strategic financial expertise, business acumen, and innovative problem-solving to ensure rigorous analysis, actionable recommendations, and executable initiatives for corporate finance engagements. • Help coordinate annual audits and tax filings • Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for accounting processes (e.g., AP/AR, reconciliations). • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes • Develop, maintain, and implement policies and procedures for the effective management and control of financial accounting business requirements. • Ensure financial accounting systems are maintained in in good working order and are developed to meet changing business requirements. • Proactively work and collaborate with internal customers to ensure the type and quality of services provided support them in the achievement of their business objectives, and efficiently provide the essential support services to the organization. • Support month-end closing process optimization to reduce cycle time. • Assist with special projects (system implementations, process improvements)
• Support Finance Senior Manager day-to-day accounting operations, focusing on credit and lending businesses, including revenue recognition, accounts receivable, credit risk monitoring, as well as monthly general ledger booking and reporting. • Prepare monthly financial reports, including credit risk analysis, accounts collection and account receivable analysis. • Participate in project team for system or process implementation, and prepare business requirements document for finance related areas. • Recommend and implement financial related internal control and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP), company policies and relevant laws/regulations. • Assist with both internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support. • Liaison with business team to provide support from finance and accounting perspective.
• Support the development and implementation of business pricing plans: work closely with the business team to design and execute A+ pricing strategies that align with business needs, promote sustainable growth, and take into account market prices and cost structures. • Support budgeting and performance appraisal process: Collaborate closely with business team, FPA, and SSC for financial planning, budgeting and operation matters. • Business partner role: to work collaboratively with A+ business team to address their biz goal, initiatives and projects, including but not limited to operation improvement, ROI evaluation, project modeling, contract review, risk management and exception handling. • Business analysis role: Provide high-quality financial analysis and commentary for monthly and quarterly performance review and rolling forecasts, to support senior management making decisions on key business development opportunities. • Continuous improvement: continuously seeking opportunities to systematic solution and implement to improve operation efficient, data accuracy and promptness. Proactively involved product/tech team to streamline demand and implementation plan. Get hands-on and influence others in resolving issues and exploiting new opportunities as they arise. Support any other ad-hoc projects.
We are looking for a unique professional with a strong background in both finance and law. As the Budget Manager for the Legal Department, you will be the critical link between legal strategy and financial accountability. You will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing the department's annual budget, forecasting expenses, and providing data-driven insights to support decision-making for internal and external legal spend. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented problem-solver who understands the nuances of legal work and can communicate effectively with attorneys and finance professionals alike. Key Responsibilities • Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for the entire Legal Department, including headcount and operational expenses. • External Counsel Management: Manage the budget for external legal spend. Track, analyze, and report on law firm and other vendor invoices against budgets and outside counsel guidelines. • Financial Analysis & Reporting: Develop and maintain detailed financial models and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports to legal leadership on budget vs. actuals, spend trends, and cost-saving opportunities. • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate directly with practice group leaders and attorneys to understand their matter strategies, provide financial guidance, and ensure fiscal discipline. • Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to legal billing, matter management, and financial reporting processes to enhance efficiency and cost control. • Vendor & Rate Management: Assist in the negotiation of alternative fee arrangements (AFAs) and monitor compliance with outside counsel billing guidelines. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the corporate Finance and Procurement teams to ensure alignment of legal budgets with overall company financial goals.
Responsible for Reconciliation of Funding Cost • Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and system consistency of channel funding cost • Implement robust reconciliation mechanisms to align internal systems with external partner records. End-to-End Management of Channel Settlements • Oversee the full lifecycle of fee settlements between channel partners and the company, including invoice verification, payment requests, dispute resolution, and exception handling. • Proactively identify and escalate potential risks to mitigate financial discrepancies. Design and Execution of Standardized Reconciliation Reports • Develop and maintain standardized reconciliation frameworks, leveraging multidimensional data analysis to identify critical variances and latent risks. • Deliver insights to drive process improvements and risk mitigation strategies. Digital Transformation of Reconciliation and Settlement Processes • Drive innovation by exploring and implementing RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and AI-based reconciliation tools to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention. • Collaborate with technology teams to optimize digital workflows and system integrations. Support Business Cost Analysis with Data-Driven Insights • Generate visualized analytical reports to meet the funding cost analysis needs of front-end business units. • Propose actionable process optimization strategies and cost-reduction initiatives based on data trends.
