工作职责
Partnership on boarding • Facilitate negotiation with mobile payment partnership, providing insights on pricing and other commercials; • Collaborate with product teams to build end-to-end financial metrics, enabling data-driven decision-making. Partner Management • Manage financial operations with strategic partners and other incentive programs; • Evaluate effectiveness and efficiency of marketing activities; • Develop reconciliation frameworks for incentive programs, resolve discrepancies. Budgeting & Performance • Lead annual budgeting and monthlly forecasting, analyze ROI deviations, and drive corrective actions; • Design KPI frameworks for business units, deliver monthly performance dashboards to executives; • Co-work with regional team and accounting team to performa the monthly closing & other booking/accounting issue.
