Partnership on boarding • Facilitate negotiation with mobile payment partnership, providing insights on pricing and other commercials; • Collaborate with product teams to build end-to-end financial metrics, enabling data-driven decision-making. Partner Management • Manage financial operations with strategic partners and other incentive programs; • Evaluate effectiveness and efficiency of marketing activities; • Develop reconciliation frameworks for incentive programs, resolve discrepancies. Budgeting & Performance • Lead annual budgeting and monthlly forecasting, analyze ROI deviations, and drive corrective actions; • Design KPI frameworks for business units, deliver monthly performance dashboards to executives; • Co-work with regional team and accounting team to performa the monthly closing & other booking/accounting issue.

Pricing, Financial Analysis, and Financial Partnership: • Conduct in-depth analysis of industry, market, competitors, and company strategies to develop and implement pricing strategies and rules. Set competitive and profitable prices for various payment methods and products. • Perform detailed cost analysis, evaluate cost structures, assess cost rationality, and propose cost optimization solutions to enhance financial efficiency. • Regularly analyze and forecast payment revenue and costs, providing insights and recommendations to improve financial performance. • Act as a dedicated financial partner to the Business Unit, leveraging financial data and insights to inform decision-making and support business goals. Contract Management and Financial Terms Oversight: • Draft, review, and approve financial terms within channel contracts, ensuring compliance with legal standards and alignment with the company’s financial objectives. • Develop and regularly update pricing clauses in merchant contract templates to ensure consistency with pricing rules. Design and Maintenance of Pricing Models: • Develop, design, and refine pricing models that reflect market conditions, customer needs, and the company's strategic priorities. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and continuously improve the pricing system, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, scalability, and alignment with business requirements. Process Optimization: • Streamline, standardize, and optimize cost review and pricing processes. Regularly conduct presentations and training sessions for the business team on pricing plans and quotation procedures. • Work with cross-functional teams to enhance overall business processes.

• Business partner role: to work closely with business team to address their biz goal, initiatives and deliver business results, including but not limited to pricing, market & industry research, operation improvement, investment ROI evaluation, project modeling, contract review, risk management and special case handling. • Business analysis role: Provide high-quality financial analysis and commentary for monthly and quarterly performance review and rolling forecasts, to support senior management making decisions on key business development opportunities. • Support budgeting and performance appraisal process: work closely with business team, billing team, FPA, reporting and SSC for financial planning, budgeting and operation matters across all operation regions. • Process optimization & continuous improvement: continuously seek opportunities to advance systematic solution and to improve operation efficiency, data accuracy and promptness. Proactively cooperate with product/tech team to streamline demand and implementation plan. • Support any other ad-hoc projects.

• Southeast Asia Credit Business Regional BU Finance: As a financial partner, provide comprehensive financial support to the regional business team, including annual budget support, product solutions and pricing discussions, risk resolution, financial accounting implementation, principal audit, etc. Go deep into the credit business line (such as product design, channel expansion), participate in business meetings and provide feasibility analysis from a financial perspective (such as ROI calculation, cost-benefit model) • Business and financial data foundation construction and maintenance: responsible for mining, construction, tracking and maintaining relevant risk data that affects financial results, establishing a data reporting system, and monitoring loan asset quality • Internal and cross-team collaboration and reporting: fully cooperate with the headquarters BU finance team and various financial functional teams, actively participate in daily operations and project work, and participate in daily collaborative projects and operations. Establish a good cooperative relationship with business, risk control, data, product and other teams to improve the efficiency of data channels;
