We are seeking an experienced Head of Finance Operations to lead and manage the finance function of a licensed lending entity in Malaysia, with a strong emphasis on Islamic financing structures. You will be supporting the CEO in spearheading the growth, development, and strategic direction of our business. The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in accounting or finance, with significant experience in a leadership role. This role requires strategic thinking and communication skills, as the Head of Finance collaborates closely with senior leadership within the organisation. The candidate should be able to perform and manage the following tasks independently while possessing a passion for innovation and a keen understanding of the evolving fintech landscape: 1. Finance Operations & Controls • Oversee the day-to-day finance operations, including AP/AR, GL, bank reconciliations, treasury, and financial control. • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and BNM regulatory requirements. • Lead the implementation of robust financial controls and operational processes to support business growth and compliance. 2. Islamic Finance Expertise • Ensure all finance-related practices for Islamic products comply with Shariah principles, relevant BNM guidelines (e.g., BNM’s Shariah Governance Framework), and internal Shariah committee rulings. • Collaborate with Shariah advisors and internal stakeholders to support product structuring and execution for Islamic financing (e.g., Murabahah, Tawarruq, Ijarah, etc.). • Track and report on financial performance of Islamic vs. conventional lending portfolios. 3. Strategic Finance & Business Partnering • Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights that inform strategic and operational decision-making. • Support funding strategies, including Sukuk issuance or other Islamic financing instruments. • Assist in developing pricing models and cost structures for both conventional and Islamic lending products. 4. Regulatory, Audit & Tax • Ensure full compliance with Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) and Securities Commission (SC) reporting obligations. • Manage external and internal audits, ensuring timely resolution of audit findings. • Oversee tax planning and compliance, including Zakat obligations where applicable. 5. Systems, Automation & Reporting • Drive automation initiatives and integration of finance systems with core banking platforms. • Design and maintain financial dashboards and MIS reports for management and investors.

The Financial Institution Partnerships Director will play a critical role in developing and delivering Antom card scheme, 3rd party acquirers partnerships. This role involves executing end-to-end strategy, implementation and executive relationship management across card scheme and acquirers relationships in Saudi Arabia, including with global financial institution partners. This role will directly report to the Head of Financial Institution Partnership (APAC & MEA). What you’ll do: - Keen ability to understand the Ant International financial operating system products and services to ensure that the right partners are selected to support the delivery of our roadmap. - Manage the entire lifecycle of financial institution partnerships from strategy to signing through implementation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership across the company, including Legal, Compliance, Product, Engineering, Strategy, Finance and Operations. - Effectively impact Antom customers by working with partners and internal product teams to deliver business requirement, new products and payment corridors. - Manage 3rd party cards & apms acquirer, financial Institution partner relationships and work with our partners to develop industry-leading solutions, solving problems for our customers. - Harness a strong executive network for building thought leadership in payments. - Represent Antom for any industry or marketing events.

Reporting to the Head of Compliance, this person will help design, implement, and maintain a robust compliance framework while managing regulatory engagements across jurisdictions. The role requires a proactive professional with strong knowledge of Singapore’s financial regulatory landscape and experience in capital market or payment services institutions. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor, providing sound regulatory guidance, anticipating compliance risks, and enabling the business to grow responsibly in a complex cross-border fintech environment. Job Description - Support Head of Compliance, Singapore to establish and implement a robust compliance program to ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and internal policies； - Responsible for handling submissions, regulatory enquiries, audits and maintain good working relationship with the regulatory authorities, including coordination for any regulator’s on-site inspection, if required； - Lead and support applications for, and continuing maintenance of, financial institutions that hold capital market services license, payment services license and other similar business licenses in jurisdictions where Ant International conducts its international businesses； - Provide sound advice and recommendations to relevant stakeholders on matters pertaining to regulatory and licensing issues for the financial institutions that hold capital market services license or payment license； - Identify and manage compliance and regulatory risks, act as a point of escalation for any policy and regulatory breaches to senior management； - Help formulate, review and maintain compliance framework, policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance with relevant laws and regulations； - Conduct periodic internal compliance trainings and compliance risk assessments.
