As a Business Partner at Ant group, you will be working with a fast-paced innovative team, leveraging Salesforce as a driver of management for the organization. You will act as a key liaison between sales and other internal teams including but not limited to marketing, business service, middle office teams, driving initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, support business growth. Ideal candidates will be pro-active and results-driven individuals that effectively leverage salesforce to collaborate with team members to get work done. 1. Supporting 2-3 sales teams to drive business excellent 2. Collaborate with key stakeholders and front-end Sales to understand their needs, and drive the needs to be implemented by co-working with internal Business Analyst team 3. Provide insights and findings to leadership on sales opportunity and operational efficiencies to drive sales or business uplift 4. Location: Onsite at our Bellevue, WA office Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Go-to-Market (GTM) Specialist to join our North American Business Team. Strategy Development: - Develop and implement pre-sales strategies to support the sales team's efforts in achieving revenue targets. - Collaborate within pre-sales team to align efforts with the overall business strategy. - Act as a solutions SME representing SenseTime at internal and external events. 2. Customer Engagement: - Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. - Assess customer strategic needs and discover key business requirements to propose SenseTime products, solution and services, articulating advantages and compelling business value - Design tailored solutions and process transformation recommendations to meet current and future business needs - Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the pre-sales process. 3. Technical Expertise: - Possess in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services and be able to convey their value to potential clients. - Conduct business-focused discovery sessions, presentations, demonstrations proof of concepts and pilots - Work with various teams on event / demo preparation, setup and support - Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to the company's offerings. 4. Proposal Development: - In charge of curating persuasive and customized proposals, presentations, and demonstrations. - Collaborate with the sales teams to create compelling materials. 5. Sales Support: - Collaborate with the sales team to understand their needs and provide pre-sales support. - Assist in the development of sales strategies and tactics to close deals.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 1) Build a high-performance team, raise the bar on talent acquisition, performance measurement, and career growth. o Attract, hire and retain top sales support talents and brand marketing media solution support experts to form a best-in-class digital advertising organization. o Provide exceptional mentoring and coaching to develop your direct reports and the broader Ads team. o Elevate the team's skill sets and continuously build a deep bench of talent across the vertical. o Define clear, measurable input metrics and tactical action plans to drive staff performance. o Serve as the main point of contact for key brand marketing, digital media, and marketing executives in China. o Lead the CN team to support in promoting advertising solution for advertisers and customers. 2) As supporting owner of the business, owns client segmentation, go-to-market, resource planning, and deliver eventual business results. o Determine short- and long-term coverage plans per property, vertical, account, territory, and AE. o Develop a comprehensive account and agency coverage strategy for China’s global brands and export industry to accelerate Amazon Advertising product knowledge enablement. o Build and manage a detailed engagement strategy for Fortune 500 type clients.
