● Monitor and analyze both payment and financial service performance metrics to ensure optimal outcomes, identify potential risks. ● Drive execution of strategic initiatives across payment service, embeded Insurance and digital credit, with critical insights and connectivity, working closely with internal teams across Alibaba International and Ant International. Ensure high-quality, timely delivery of strategic partnership program projects aligned with organizational goals. ● Provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team based on market analysis and collective feedbacks. ● Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape in the global e-commerce industry, especially in the financial service area. Explore, identify and evaluate strategic growth opportunities by providing market insights and identifying product - market fit gaps ● Identify, as well as monitor strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats relevant for AIDC payment and financial business
Strategic Immigration Management & Compliance Lead the end-to-end visa application, renewal, and cancellation processes, ensuring compliance with local and international immigration laws. Continuously review and improve immigration policies, processes, and frameworks to enhance efficiency, compliance, and employee experience. Establish and maintain a real-time immigration dashboard to monitor visa processing status, track key trends, and identify potential risks. Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory updates, staying ahead of evolving visa trends, government regulations, and compliance requirements to ensure the company is always prepared for legal changes. Develop and implement risk management strategies for immigration operations, identifying potential red flags and mitigating compliance risks proactively. Vendor & Stakeholder Management Manage relationships with visa service providers, government agencies, and embassies, ensuring high service standards and compliance with agreed SLAs. Take the lead in vendor negotiations and contract management, optimizing costs while enhancing service efficiency and effectiveness. Partner closely with internal business leaders, HR teams, and mobility managers to align immigration strategies with workforce planning and business needs. Advisory & Employee Support Act as a trusted advisor for immigration-related queries, providing guidance to employees, hiring managers, and HR partners on work permit applications, legal requirements, and compliance. Design and conduct training sessions and internal workshops on immigration policies, procedures, and best practices to educate internal stakeholders. Lead the resolution of complex visa cases and escalations, working closely with legal teams, external consultants, and government agencies as necessary. Process Optimization & Digital Transformation Spearhead automation and digitalization of immigration processes, enhancing tracking, reporting, and overall operational efficiency. Collaborate with HR, legal, and mobility teams to design and implement technology-driven solutions for seamless visa application and tracking. Continuously review process bottlenecks and recommend data-driven improvements to enhance service delivery and compliance management. Work Location: China-Shenzhen
We are seeking a lead Privacy Counsel to support Ant International’s growing Alipay+, Antom and Bettr business. Looking for a tech-savvy privacy lawyer who is passionate about data and eager to work on innovative issues in the fintech space and knowledgeable and experienced in China's Personal Information Protection Law. You are a business enabler. You will work closely with product and tech team, business development personnel, risk management and other legal/compliance/AML professional, and provide strategic advice to enable business growth and innovation in a privacy compliant manner. You are an effective DPO. You will establish, implement, and maintain privacy governance framework for the relevant business line and ensure compliance with applicable data privacy law and regulations. Responsibilities: Privacy Advisory: ● Provide privacy support to new product launches and initiatives in China and collaborate with APAC team for APAC initiatives. ● Analyze products, policies and initiatives to provide practical risk assessment and solution. ● Drive and implement privacy by design, understand the tech and product, and translate privacy principles into actionable product features. ● Support legal team in contract drafting and negotiation for privacy related issues. Privacy Compliance/DPO responsibilities: ● Drive and implement China’s PIPL compliance for the relevant entities as well as other applicable data privacy laws and regulations ● Monitor changes and updates in privacy legislation and advise on potential impacts to the relevant business lines.

You’ll ensure alignment across departments through regular ROB reviews and planning sessions. • You will be accountable for achieving sales targets and maintaining operational excellence. This includes coaching your team on product and sales knowledge, ensuring completion of required training and certifications, and monitoring key performance metrics across the territory.
