•	Marketing knowledge
•	Experience with video or design tools and software (Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator / Figma) 
•	Proactive and resourceful contributor
•	Effective and creative writer 
•	Language expertise in Chinese/ Bahasa Indonesian/ Thai is a plus
