Cross-Border Marketing Leadership Lead cross-border marketing campaigns that engage diverse consumer segments and business audiences across global markets Drive omnichannel initiatives, including digital marketing, social media, branding, OOH advertising, and IP/sports marketing Align marketing efforts with business objectives and industry trends through close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders 2. Join the Alipay+ Marketing Product Team, where we tackle a range of marketing needs and build up a toolkit of marketing solutions that can be applied across various projects. As a Marketing Product Manager on our team, you'll be driving the rollout and execution of grand promotional marketing solutions tailored for different industries. Partnering closely with industry operation teams, you'll support massive promotion campaigns on platforms like Alipay and more. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing strategies and the ability to take care of marketing tools from the drawing board to real-world impact. Join the Alipay+ Super APP Platform PD team, we'll design Marketing product schemes together for digital wallets. As a member of Marketing PD team, you are responsible for the design and execution of marketing schemes for global digital wallets. • Analyze marketing requirements of digital wallets for user growth and business revenue and execute accordingly product schemes. • Deeply analyze the marketing requirements of wallets in user growth and payment growth, and customize productized marketing solutions. • Gain insights into market trends, integrate cross-domain resources, and continually enhance precision marketing capabilities.
Compliance Advisory Marketing Review: • Provide expert advice, review and approve online and offline Point of Sale Materials (POSMs), website content, social media posts, promotional articles, marketing campaigns and events to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, industry standards, wide best practices. • Support the development and implementation of compliance strategies and frameworks to address legal and regulatory requirements for global marketing initiatives to promote the awareness, adoption, and utilization of Alipay+ wallets globally. • Support the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, events, and partnerships. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, Business Development, and regional teams, to align marketing efforts with business goals. • Work with local partners, merchants, and influencers to create joint marketing initiatives that drive wallet adoption. Collaborate with local agencies or vendors to ensure the effective implementation of marketing campaigns and materials with Business where necessary. Risk Assessment and Management: • Conduct compliance risk assessments to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities within the organization for all marketing related activities. • Develop and implement risk mitigation plans and strategies to address identified compliance risks. Monitoring and Reporting: • Monitor changes in laws, regulations, industry standards and emerging market trends related to marketing and regulatory compliance. • Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management, highlighting key compliance issues and recommendations for action to mitigate legal and regulatory risks in global marketing initiatives. Training and Education: • Provide training and guidance to business development, marketing and other functional stakeholders on legal and compliance related guidelines and processes for the GMRC. • Support and contribute to the development and use of AI Reg Tech with clear accurate legal and regulatory guidance to streamline and improve processes to expedite the launch of marketing initiatives. Project Based: • To participate in Advisory Projects to ensure end to end engagement for Compliance advisory success • Projects may be in various areas of business e.g. Payments or Non Payments subject to Business needs Collaboration and Communication: • Collaborate with legal, risk management, and other departments to ensure a coordinated approach to compliance. • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide guidance and support on compliance matters. Documentation and Record Keeping: • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance activities, including advisory reports, training sessions, and risk assessments. • Ensure proper documentation of compliance decisions and actions taken.
· Deeply understand user needs, align with business development strategies and objectives, and design various marketing activities focused on product value with the goal of user growth, creating impactful brand events and communications. · Possess the ability to plan online content, marketing activities, and offline event marketing; enhance user scale through the planning of A+ themed marketing events, responsible for user acquisition and conversion effectiveness. · Have rich project experience, capable of independently managing project strategy, creativity, execution, and communication from 0 to 1. Demonstrate excellent cross-team collaboration skills, able to engage with design, product, technology, algorithm teams, and external partners to efficiently drive strategy implementation.
