Based in Singapore, this candidate will play a critical role in safeguarding Ant International’s operations by ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards. Reporting to the Head of Compliance, this person will help design, implement, and maintain a robust compliance framework while managing regulatory engagements across jurisdictions. The role requires a proactive professional with strong knowledge of Singapore’s financial regulatory landscape and experience in capital market or payment services institutions. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor, providing sound regulatory guidance, anticipating compliance risks, and enabling the business to grow responsibly in a complex cross-border fintech environment. Job Description - Support Head of Compliance, Singapore to establish and implement a robust compliance program to ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and internal policies; - Responsible for handling submissions, regulatory enquiries, audits and maintain good working relationship with the regulatory authorities, including coordination for any regulator’s on-site inspection, if required; - Lead and support applications for, and continuing maintenance of, financial institutions that hold capital market services license, payment services license and other similar business licenses in jurisdictions where Ant International conducts its international businesses; - Provide sound advice and recommendations to relevant stakeholders on matters pertaining to regulatory and licensing issues for the financial institutions that hold capital market services license or payment license; - Identify and manage compliance and regulatory risks, act as a point of escalation for any policy and regulatory breaches to senior management; - Help formulate, review and maintain compliance framework, policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance with relevant laws and regulations; - Conduct periodic internal compliance trainings and compliance risk assessments.

You will be expected to: Understand and translate into business-friendly language the directives, laws, and regulations that apply to payment networks, payment schemes, payment service providers and other participants in the payments industry. Work in a muti-cultural environment, being demanded to interact with internal stakeholders across the entire globe. Provide clear, timely and actionable legal advice to cross-border and cross-functional stakeholders on products and features being developed and launched by UK and EEA e-money/payment institutions to ensure we comply with relevant regulatory requirements whilst meeting our customers’ needs. Advise on product structure and draft/negotiate contracts with internal stakeholders and external counterparties. Act as a trusted adviser to management on key regulatory matters impacting the business across the EMEA region, including working closely with subject matter experts in compliance, AML, data privacy. Identify productivity improvements and help deliver process change. Act as a strategic business partner and help the business continue to expand internationally; researching and evaluating new territories and providing creative, proactive and results-oriented advice.
Based in Shanghai / Hong Kong, this individual will be part of International Business AML Team to support all business lines under Ant International. We are looking to hire a detail-oriented, hard-working compliance professional to join Ant International. This person will primarily act as the POC (point of contact) to the partner banks regarding AML compliance, and work closely with the business and internal teams to ensure appropriate relationships with the banks to support business growth. The ideal candidate will be a confident self-starter with strong interpersonal and organizational skills, exercise good judgement, experienced in the relevant compliance and AML in payments or financial services industry, and with demonstrable ability to effectively and proactively engage and partner with the business and partner banks in a fast-paced and engaging environment. • Support the business in establishing or maintaining an appropriate AML control framework to meet the partner bank’s requirements for new business initiatives • Drive the implementation of any additional AML controls agreed between Ant International and any partner banks • Lead the due diligence matters initiated by partner banks on Ant International entities and ensure timely and high-quality response to the due diligence • Collaborate with internal teams to establish clear processes in managing enquiries and/or investigation requests from partner banks (e.g. RFIs) and regulators/law enforcement agencies • Act as a resource to various AML teams to ensure successful execution of AML/CTF standards and framework or solutions for various business projects / initiatives
Strategic Immigration Management & Compliance Lead the end-to-end visa application, renewal, and cancellation processes, ensuring compliance with local and international immigration laws. Continuously review and improve immigration policies, processes, and frameworks to enhance efficiency, compliance, and employee experience. Establish and maintain a real-time immigration dashboard to monitor visa processing status, track key trends, and identify potential risks. Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory updates, staying ahead of evolving visa trends, government regulations, and compliance requirements to ensure the company is always prepared for legal changes. Develop and implement risk management strategies for immigration operations, identifying potential red flags and mitigating compliance risks proactively. Vendor & Stakeholder Management Manage relationships with visa service providers, government agencies, and embassies, ensuring high service standards and compliance with agreed SLAs. Take the lead in vendor negotiations and contract management, optimizing costs while enhancing service efficiency and effectiveness. Partner closely with internal business leaders, HR teams, and mobility managers to align immigration strategies with workforce planning and business needs. Advisory & Employee Support Act as a trusted advisor for immigration-related queries, providing guidance to employees, hiring managers, and HR partners on work permit applications, legal requirements, and compliance. Design and conduct training sessions and internal workshops on immigration policies, procedures, and best practices to educate internal stakeholders. Lead the resolution of complex visa cases and escalations, working closely with legal teams, external consultants, and government agencies as necessary. Process Optimization & Digital Transformation Spearhead automation and digitalization of immigration processes, enhancing tracking, reporting, and overall operational efficiency. Collaborate with HR, legal, and mobility teams to design and implement technology-driven solutions for seamless visa application and tracking. Continuously review process bottlenecks and recommend data-driven improvements to enhance service delivery and compliance management. Work Location: China-Shenzhen
