1. Bachelor's degree or higher in a design-related field, at least 3 years of experience in UIUX design
2. Have a deep understand on mobile App design, design guidelines and trends
3. Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and projects
4. Can individually take on a design requirement from the beginning to the end
5. Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe creative suite, etc.
6. Have a basic understanding of research tools and methodology such as journey map, user interview, survey, etc.
7. Excellent communication skills to articulate design process and decision
8. Fluent in both written and communication in English.

As a Senior Product Designer at Trip.com Flight Department, you will transform conceptual ideas into innovative design solutions that resonate with our diverse global audience. Responsible for the UX design across the key websites & event Apps under Ant International, including alipayplus.com, antglobal.com, antom.com and voyageevent. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into an understandable user interface. 3. Work cross-collaboratively with teams based in London, China, and Singapore across multiple disciplines (marketing, engineering, content, SRE, etc.) to ensure on-time delivery and high standards across design, functionality, and content. 4. Develop and maintain a design library/style guide to improve consistency and efficiency.
