1. Liaise with different businesses and functions, responsible for maintaining the Bank's Operational Risk Management framework (ORM), inclusive of third-party risk management (TPRM) and business continuity management. 2. Responsible for the outsourcing and third-party management, design, implementation and maintenance of policies and procedures including due diligence, performance review, outsourcing assessment, risk assessment and etc; 3. Responsible for incident management, including perform IT and Non-IT incident reporting and follow protocols for tracking and remediation; 4. Responsible for maintaining BCM policy and Business Impact Analysis, BC Plan, Disaster Recovery Plan and driving regular BCP drill across the banks; 5. Provide advices to businesses and functions in relation to operational risk management, in particular new business and IT initiatives to ensure the policies and procedures are in place to address key risks and aligned with the bank’s ORM framework and regulatory requirements
• Support Finance Senior Manager day-to-day accounting operations, focusing on credit and lending businesses, including revenue recognition, accounts receivable, credit risk monitoring, as well as monthly general ledger booking and reporting. • Prepare monthly financial reports, including credit risk analysis, accounts collection and account receivable analysis. • Participate in project team for system or process implementation, and prepare business requirements document for finance related areas. • Recommend and implement financial related internal control and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP), company policies and relevant laws/regulations. • Assist with both internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support. • Liaison with business team to provide support from finance and accounting perspective.

Align china domestic and international service operations processes to form a closed-loop operation that efficiently supports business operations. • Assisting the project team with daily tasks, including managing documentation, scheduling meetings, track request and follow up with relevant department to ensure timely delivery, preparing presentations and reports. • Partner closely with stakeholders and end-users in system migration and upgrade. • Assist in managing stakeholders, including updating documents, access management and addressing issues. • Implement processes for project managers to follow that adhere to company standards. • Coordinate communication between the relevant department and overseas stakeholder, ensuring all parties are informed of progress and provided with prompt responses. • Observe day-to-day operations and take the initiative to assist the team as needed in various tasks. • Ensure the internal partners deliver, are responsive, and comply with project, applicable guidelines, codes, and standards. For more information, please visit: https://us.anker.com/ Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for warehouse operations management, including the inbound and outbound handling of after-sales goods, shelving and usage of inventory, as well as reverse logistics and material scrapping, ensuring on-site inventory matches system records. - Responsible for managing refurbishment and repair operations, including delivery of refurbishment and repair services within the warehouse, improving on-site workflow efficiency and service quality, increasing the timeliness and success rate of refurbishments, and enhancing customer satisfaction with repair services. - Responsible for on-site personnel management, including workforce planning, recruitment, training, attendance, performance evaluation, and team optimization, to enhance the technical skills and productivity of refurbishment and repair staff. - Responsible for warehouse cost and expense management, including budget preparation, expense review, settlement, and expense tracking and analysis, ensuring the reasonableness of warehouse budgets and expenditures. - Responsible for warehouse compliance and risk management, including business license renewals, coordination with regulatory requirements, and ensuring safe warehouse operations to maintain low-risk business performance.
The main work of handling security accidents, preventing safety accidents, and building and maintaining security resources in the jurisdiction includes: 1. Accident handling: responsible for the handling of safety accidents within the jurisdiction. 2. Security risk prevention: Responsible for understanding the policy information of traffic and public security , putting forward guidance and safety risk suggestions for operation, and coordinating the business in the region to do a good job in the prevention of various security incidents. 3. Support business development: Responsible for deploying local resources, communicating with local transportation, public security, union, criminal investigation, safety supervision and other departments in advance, assisting the business team to implement business actions, and ensuring the safety of business in the region 4. Safety culture promotion: Responsible for the safety culture promotion of each business in the jurisdiction, and coordinate the implementation and verification. 5. Establishment and maintenance of resources: cooperate with local public security, union, traffic police and other government departments to maintain good relations 6. Review and analysis: summarize the accident data , review and analyse the causes of the incident, and formulate a prevention plan, implement and feedback the effect. 7.
