工作职责
1. 基于业务规划,主导设计围绕 B 端商户管理能力的数据建设目标及节奏,协同产研推动需求落地和长期建设; 2. 结合业务场景,建立分阶段的业务指标框架,深度分析关键指标数据表现及指标牵引效果分析。 3. 理解不同区域的用户数据需求,提炼数据看板及能力建设需求,识别需求优先级,输出数据BRD。 4. 多来源数据供应商的管理和对接,协同产研落地数据采购的选型、商务对接,并管理接入进程。 5. 业务核心数据监控,持续输出业务进展数据分析及波动总结,为业务决策提供数据支持和决策建议。 Responsibilities: 1. Based on business planning, lead the design of data infrastructure goals and implementation roadmap focused on B2B merchant management capabilities; collaborate with product and Tech teams to drive requirement implementation and long-term development. 2. Develop a phased business metrics framework aligned with business scenarios; conduct in-depth analysis of key performance indicators and evaluate their effectiveness in driving business outcomes. 3. Understand data needs across different regions, identify requirements for dashboards and data capabilities, prioritize demands, and deliver data Business Requirement Documents (BRDs). 4. Manage and coordinate with multiple data vendors; work with product and R&D teams to select data procurement solutions, handle commercial negotiations, and oversee integration processes. 5. Monitor core business metrics, continuously deliver data analysis and summaries on business progress and fluctuations, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support business decisions.

Analyze cross-border tourism market trends, develop industry growth strategies, assist and empower Ant International's regional user growth, collaborate with key industry merchants to enhance the growth of Alipay+ and it's travel solution. 2. Formulate industry marketing strategies and plans based on the needs of the cross-border tourism business, while leveraging platform/industry marketing resources, key moments, and plans to increase the awareness of Alipay+ and it's travel solutions and achieve healthy user growth through productization. 3. Combine user data and activity data to uncover more innovative marketing scenarios and methods driven by data, thereby achieving sustainable business growth. 4. Efficiently collaborate with UED, product, and technology teams, playing a leading and decision-making role from project planning to launch. Work closely with the marketing team to build marketing strategies and interactions, jointly promoting the implementation of marketing strategies to enhance user engagement.
· Analyze the outbound travel market trends for users in Southeast Asia and Asia, develop growth strategies for various travel product categories (such as flights, hotels, attraction tickets, taxi services, car rentals, etc.) before and during travel, assist and empower Ant International Alipay+ operations in global regions, collaborate with key industry merchants to enhance the growth of Alipay+ travel solutions, and be responsible for core metrics such as DAU, retention rate, number of new customers placing orders, and repurchase rate; · Based on the demands of cross-border travel business, formulate industry marketing strategies and plans by integrating Alipay+ brand/local wallets/internal and external partners/industry marketing resources, nodes, and tactics, to enhance the brand perception of Alipay+ travel solutions, achieving healthy user growth through productization; · Analyze user needs, tags, and profiles, and leverage data insights to discover more innovative marketing scenarios and methods, conduct refined operations and lifecycle management for users, and achieve scalable and sustainable business growth; · Collaborate efficiently with UED, product, and technology teams to lead the planning and launch of growth projects; work closely with marketing and local wallet teams to build marketing tactics and interactions, facilitate internal and external communication, jointly promote the implementation of marketing strategies, and enhance user activity and order volume.

· Based on the Allipay unified wallets gateway strategy, develop product optimizations for pre-trip and during-trip scenarios, leveraging cross-border contexts; assist and empower local wallets, collaborate with key industry merchants to enhance business growth, and be responsible for core metrics such as TPV, number of payment users, number of new customers placing orders, and repurchase rates; · Analyze user needs, labels, and profiles, and optimize user experience through data insights; implement refined operations and lifecycle management for users to achieve scalable and sustainable business growth; · According to the needs of cross-border travel business for Southeast Asian wallets, develop industry operation strategies and plans by integrating Alipay+ brand/local wallets /external partners/industry marketing resources, enhancing the brand perception of Alipay+, and achieving healthy user growth through productization; · Collaborate with the algorithm team to establish a feedback loop based on channel retention and conversion goals, promoting algorithm optimization, supply adjustments, and data asset accumulation.
