工作职责
1. 基于业务规划,主导设计围绕 B 端商户管理能力的数据建设目标及节奏,协同产研推动需求落地和长期建设; 2. 结合业务场景,建立分阶段的业务指标框架,深度分析关键指标数据表现及指标牵引效果分析。 3. 理解不同区域的用户数据需求,提炼数据看板及能力建设需求,识别需求优先级,输出数据BRD。 4. 多来源数据供应商的管理和对接,协同产研落地数据采购的选型、商务对接,并管理接入进程。 5. 业务核心数据监控,持续输出业务进展数据分析及波动总结,为业务决策提供数据支持和决策建议。 Responsibilities: 1. Based on business planning, lead the design of data infrastructure goals and implementation roadmap focused on B2B merchant management capabilities; collaborate with product and Tech teams to drive requirement implementation and long-term development. 2. Develop a phased business metrics framework aligned with business scenarios; conduct in-depth analysis of key performance indicators and evaluate their effectiveness in driving business outcomes. 3. Understand data needs across different regions, identify requirements for dashboards and data capabilities, prioritize demands, and deliver data Business Requirement Documents (BRDs). 4. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will bridge data and business strategy for Antom's Alibaba Group Team. You will monitor performance metrics, forecast trends impacted by regulatory/political shifts, and deliver actionable insights to optimize operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Performance Tracking & Risk Management: Track business volume KPIs, identify deviations, and provide early risk alerts to stakeholders. 2. Regulatory & Political Impact Analysis: Conduct granular analysis of transaction volume changes driven by new regulations, political developments, or macroeconomic factors. Build predictive models for mid-/long-term trends. 3. Business Operations Analysis: Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze profitability, operational efficiency, and market opportunities. Deliver clear, actionable reports. 4. Data Product Development: Define business metrics, document domain knowledge, and collaborate with data engineers to build scalable data products (e.g., Dashboards, Data warehouse tables).

Merchant Operations & Business Insight a) Analyze merchant performance data (GMV, order volume, AOV, conversion rate, fulfillment efficiency, etc.) to identify growth opportunities and operational gaps b) Develop a deep understanding of food delivery business dynamics across categories (QSR, coffee, casual dining) and translate insights into actionable recommendations c) Build and maintain a "Merchant × Category × Scenario" analytical framework to support BD teams in merchant conversations and growth planning2. Data Analysis & SQL-Driven Reporting a) Extract, clean, and analyze operational data using SQL to support day-to-day business decisions b) Establish standardized reporting dashboards and performance tracking (order growth, conversion funnels, retention metrics, ROI, etc.) c) Diagnose performance issues through funnel analysis and data deep-dives; continuously refine analytical models 3. Campaign & Growth Execution a) Support the design and evaluation of marketing campaigns and merchant promotions, with a focus on measurable business outcomes b) Track campaign performance (impressions, clicks, conversion, incremental orders) and deliver post-campaign reviews and scalable best practices c) Contribute to playbook development across merchant tiers, categories, and growth stages5.
