工作职责


1. Define and evolve the  Consumer messaging house and value proposition for a new consumer product launch.
2. Create high-quality written content across website, app, CRM, product education, and performance-driven landing pages, with support of agencies and freelancers 
3. Produce short- and mid-form video content with support of agencies, freelancers and AI tools including Veo 3.1, Runway, and generative scripting tools.
4. Own the content calendar across organic, paid, app, website, and social distribution channels.
5. Deploy content in close partnership with product, paid media, social, sports sponsorships and growth teams to drive acquisition and activation.
6. Translate complex product features into clear, compelling consumer narratives that build trust and understanding.
7. Build, mentor, and scale the consumer content team as the business grows, as well as building freelancer and agency network. 
8. Analyse content performance and continuously optimise narratives, formats, and channel deployment.
