Key Responsibilities: Due Diligence and Risk Assessment •Conduct comprehensive due diligence to identify HR-related risks and opportunities in target companies. •Evaluate critical HR factors such as employee benefits, compensation structures, employment contracts, and HR policies. Integration Strategy and Execution •Identify and prioritize key individuals and critical roles during the M&A process. •Develop and implement effective retention strategies to retain key talent. •Design and execute comprehensive integration plans to streamline HR processes and policies, ensuring compliance with local regulations and employment practices. •Provide strategic guidance and support to managers and employees throughout the integration process. •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to anticipate and address potential integration challenges. •Establish robust communication channels to facilitate transparent and effective communication between management and employees. •Develop and implement cultural integration programs to align the merged entities' cultures with the organization's core values. •Support the development and execution of change management strategies to minimize disruption and maximize employee engagement. •HR Governance Mechanism Design and Monitoring •Specific responsibilities related to HR governance, e.g., developing HR policies and procedures, conducting HR audits, or establishing performance management frameworks for different business portfolios.
We are seeking an experienced HR Operations expert with expertise in Workday to manage end-to-end HR system processes, including employee data maintenance, workflow configuration, and compliance reporting. This role requires strong analytical skills, familiarity with HRIS best practices, and the ability to collaborate across global HR and IT stakeholders.
Act as a domain expert in both HR SaaS (Workday) and HR business process. Lead the implementation, Configuration, and on-going management of Workday HCM, Recruiting, Absence Management, Talent, Performance, Prism, and Integrations. Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, OPD, IT and other Key stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions. Provide Technical leadership and expertise in the multiple Workday modules, ensuring the best practices are followed and that the system supports the organization’s needs. Conduct training sessions for HR teams, CoE, and Hiring managers on Workday HCM, Recruiting, Absence, Performance Module. Develop user guides and maintain documentation for configurations, integrations, and processes. Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with global/local HR policies. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Workday modules in a timely and efficient manner. Prepare detailed estimates and test plans based on Functional requirements Analyze, design, document, and test software modifications to existing processes/configurations, reports, forms, extensions, and interfaces in the production environment Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures related to Workday, support integration with other systems and processes as they related to Workday. Stay updated with the latest Workday features and functionalities, particularly those related to Recruiting, Core HCM, Absence, Performance management and implement improvements as necessary. Facilitate review sessions with functional owners, subject matter experts and end-user representatives Provide Solutions options for the business to consider, along with pros and cons for each option and recommendation Drive the design, configuration and deployment of new projects & system enhancements Participate in the change management and go live support processes. HR Consultancy and Communication Support: Provide daily consultancy to HRGs on employee relations matters, offering solutions and facilitating communications to address various issues effectively. 3. Implementation of HR Compliance Audits: Lead HR compliance audits, promptly identifying potential risk points in employment practices. Continuously refine and enhance the existing employee relations management system, policies, and processes. 4. Knowledge Sharing and Policy Adaptation: Document best practices and closely monitor developments in employee relations regulations within designated regions, ensuring organizational policies align with local requirements. 5. Emergency Response and Crisis Management: Establish global emergency response systems and procedures, manage crisis incidents, and follow up on risk events to optimize and improve response mechanisms and processes.
