任职要求
3+ Years Workday full lifecycle implementation for global organisations Work across at least 3 modules such as Employee Core, Absence Management, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Analytics, etc. HCM product certifications are a plus. Deep understanding of HR processes (recruiting, performance management, compliance) and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Exhibit analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, and demonstrate strong project management capabilities to ensure successful and timely delivery. Adapt quickly to changes and maintain a can-do attitude in ambiguous situations. Experience in integration with other systems (Payroll systems) and data migration is a plus Communicate fluently in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to collaborate with global teams across varying time zones
工作职责
We are seeking an experienced HR Operations expert with expertise in Workday to manage end-to-end HR system processes, including employee data maintenance, workflow configuration, and compliance reporting. This role requires strong analytical skills, familiarity with HRIS best practices, and the ability to collaborate across global HR and IT stakeholders.
1、负责海外地区本地雇员及中国外派员工的人力运营工作,包括员工入职、离职、转正、调岗等流程管理,确保流程的高效执行; 2、参与人力运营方案、工作流程、服务标准等体系的制定,确保各项工作的合法合规、流程高效、员工体验良好,持续优化现有流程,提高运营效率; 3、收集并整理人力运营数据,分析运营效果,为管理层提供决策支持。通过数据分析,发现潜在问题,提出改进建议。 4、与海外各部门、中国总部以及外部合作伙伴保持密切沟通,确保人力运营工作的顺利推进。协调资源,解决跨部门合作中的问题和挑战。 OPS团队定位: 专注于海外地区人力运营,负责本地雇员及中国外派员工的高效流程管理、员工体验优化及合法合规执行。搭建人力运营方案、流程与服务标准,主导海外人力项目,为人力资源管理提供坚实支持。 Job Responsibilities: 1.Be responsible for the human resources operations of local employees in overseas regions and Chinese expatriate staff, including managing processes such as employee onboarding, offboarding, probation 2.completion, and job transfers, to ensure efficient execution of these procedures. 3.Participate in the formulation of human resources operation plans, workflows, service standards, and other systems to ensure the legality, compliance, efficiency of processes, and positive employee experiences. Continuously optimize existing processes to improve operational efficiency. 4.Collect and organize human resources operation data, analyze operational effectiveness, and provide decision support to management. Through data analysis, identify potential issues and propose improvement suggestions. 5.Maintain close communication with overseas departments, the Chinese headquarters, and external partners to ensure the smooth advancement of human resources operation work. Coordinate resources and resolve issues and challenges in cross-departmental collaboration. OPS Team Positioning: Focused on overseas human resources operations, responsible for managing the efficient processes, optimizing employee experiences, and ensuring legal compliance for both local employees and Chinese expatriate staff. Establishing human resources operation plans, workflows, and service standards, leading overseas human resources projects, and providing solid support for human resource management.
Lead the design, re-engineering, and standardization of end-to-end HR processes (e.g., onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration) to maximize efficiency, scalability, and compliance. Partner with senior HR leadership and legal counsel to mitigate risk and ensure policy consistency across all business units. Foster strong collaboration with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Legal) to ensure HR processes are seamlessly integrated and operationally sound. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to measure process effectiveness. Implement and manage a comprehensive quality audit framework to regularly assess the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of all HR operational activities in the managing countries. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of HR Operations. Manage team workload, prioritize projects, and optimize resource allocation to meet departmental goals.
1、 负责海外HRO服务质量管理体系和管理标准的搭建; 2、 负责海外HRO业务交付质量的日常监控、输出相应的质检监控报告; 3、 负责SLA的定期更新,客户满意度调研、追踪问题解决及改进方案制定; 4、 配合开展对已交付业务端到端的流程优化、改进,持续提升服务质量与效率; 5、 负责日常投诉处理跟进、案例回溯,复盘培训及总结沉淀; 6、 负责维护、更新海外HRO的知识库,参与编订HRO Center内部SOP手册、培训手册等;
