工作职责


• This role is pivotal in designing the regional partnership policy framework, building scalable programs, and providing deep strategic enablement to accelerate SMB customer acquisition and revenue growth across the region. 
• The Partnership COE will work in close collaboration with regional Partner Relationship Managers (PRMs), empowering them to drive success through core partnership projects: Eco-Partners (cross-border e-commerce service providers), and sustainable referral partners network. 

Strategic Enablement:
1. Design & Strategize: Define the multi-year regional partnership strategy, roadmap, and program architecture aligned with SMB growth targets.
2. Empower PRMs: Provide regional PRMs with standardized playbooks, tools, training, and market intelligence to effectively recruit, manage, and grow partners within their territories.

Eco-Partnership Program Development & Enablement:
1. Define Strategy & Models: Design the strategy and standardized commercial models (Referral, Co-Sell, Tech Integration) for engaging cross-border e-commerce service providers (Logistics, Tax Payments, Customs, Marketing/Advertising).
2. Support Commercial Teams: Equip Sales & Marketing teams with co-marketing kits, and lead sharing protocols for joint SMB client acquisition with Eco-Partners.
3. Analyse & Optimize: Track regional Eco-Partner performance and ROI, providing insights and recommendations to PRMs and Commercial leadership.

Regional Referral Partnership Support:
1. Enable Local Success: Support Commercial teams in identifying key local markets and developing tailored referral partnership strategies to achieve penetration goals.
2. Optimize Performance: Track referral source quality, conversion rates, and client LTV; refine programs based on data shared with PRMs and Sales leadership.

Cross-Functional Enablement & Performance:
1. Data-Driven Insights: Define and track key partnership performance metrics (partner-sourced pipeline, revenue, conversion rates, ROI). Generate regular reports and dashboards for Commercial leadership and PRMs.
2. Collaborate with Global COE: Ensure regional alignment with global partnership strategies while advocating for Asia needs.
