1. Minimum 5 years of professional experience in partnership management, business development, or strategic operations, with at least 3 years focused on the APAC region
2. Industry Expertise: Proven track record in the cross-border e-commerce industry or cross-border fintech/payment services is highly preferred. Deep understanding of the cross-border value chain (e.g., logistics, cross-border payments, tax compliance, or digital marketing) is essential
3. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
4. Growth Mindset: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment; comfortable with ambiguity and complex problem-solving
5. Fluent in professional English
