Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
2. 3 years+ experience in a sales operations, business operations, or data analyst role.
3. Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is mandatory, with proven experience supporting Americas-based stakeholders.
4. Strong proficiency in Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation. Must be a super-user.
5. Advanced analytical skills with high proficiency in SQL for data querying and extraction.
6. Expert proficiency in Excel/Sheets (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas).
