Qualifications
1. Education & Background
Bachelor’s degree or above in Science, Business, Data Analysis, or Finance.
5-7 years of experience in Internet User Growth, E-commerce Insurance, or Fintech.
Priority given to: Candidates with Southeast Asia project experience, specifically in Marketplace Insurance, Return Shipping Insurance.

2. Data & Business Modeling Capability
Strong proficiency in data attribution analysis and business model building.
Ability to independently conduct business opportunity sizing, target setting, budget forecasting, traffic attribution, and funnel decomposition.

3. Core Competencies
Goal-Oriented & Negotiation: Exceptional negotiation skills with a deep understanding of e-commerce traffic distribution logic.
Ownership & Execution: Strong owner mindset; capable of independently closing loops on complex problems in regulated environments and driving cross-functional teams to deliver results.

4. Language & Cultural Fit
Bilingual Fluency: Fluent in English and high proficiency in Mandarin.
