1.有消费类电子或影音行业整机管理采购经验,有一定的行业资源,有10人左右团队管理经验,熟悉投影、会议系统、蓝牙音响等消费类电子品类,小米、Oppo、华为等知名公司背景优先;

1、负责BG影音品线ODM/OEM/EMS整机采购业务,部门人员分工及组织能力建设;公司内外部资源的协调和获取,确保各PDT提供采购业务支撑和服务; 2、制定、维护和实施ODM/OEM/EMS整机采购策略,获得分品类采购竞争优势; 3、制定ODM/OEM/EMS整机BOM成本管理方法论和模型,收集和分析市场信息,掌握市场供应和价格的走势;熟悉各类物料资源及生产组装等成本核算,制定costdonw计划并定期跟催和实施; 4、实施所有与RFQ、RFP和RFI有关的活动,制定洞察,供应商选择方法和标准; 5、实施OMD/OEM/EMS整机供应商认证、供应商选择和供应商管理活动,识别核心供应商,划分供应商等级,建立与核心供应商的战略关系;针对供应商建立全面的供应商评价流程,绩效结果强应用; 6、维护公司和供应商签订的供应商合同和协议;建立完善的采购管理体系,确保采购业务风险可控,组织建设并维护整机采购流程,设计业务需求,支撑分类采购业务的开展。

For more information, please visit: https://us.anker.com/ Location: Remote within Toronto Area or Onsite at Vancouver, BC Responsibilities: - Develop and expand sales channels in alignment with the company’s strategic goals, including but not limited to distributors, sales agencies, and specialty resellers. - Represent the company at maker fairs and industry trade shows; follow up on sales leads generated from these events and convert them into tangible business opportunities. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships by regularly engaging with key decision-makers and visiting retail locations. Actively participate in client-organized workshops, seminars, and other promotional activities to drive product sell-out and grow the active user base. - Support the Go-to-Market team by gathering market intelligence, including competitor analysis, and providing insights to support long-term product strategy. - Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute local workshops, seminars, and brand-related events.
