Job Overview Your task as Product Commercialization Specialist is to increase the company's success and profitability with of our existing products. The spectrum of your tasks ranges from innovative product innovations, to optimising the efficiency of existing products through data-driven analysis of product performance by product type, channels, markets; and ensuring optimized utilization, pricing and revenue generated by our products. You will own the repository & governance of the product programs, and contribute to the design of new product programs by including details of market research, pricing strategy and potential profitability of the product. You will also own the repository of new product approvals, consolidating the details and approval trails for audit purposes. You will also be tasked to conduct market research and product viability studies, to ensure our products addresses the pain points of the target segment & market. In addition to this, you will develop sustainable strategies in order to build on the success in close co-operation with all departments, through co-designed product campaigns, campaign performance analysis so as to provide insights on improving the profitability of our product suites. Job Responsibilities Work with Business Units and conduct market feasibility studies, covering target segment pain points, competitor analysis, and pricing & profitability studies. Work with Product Development (PD Tech) and conduct product design & market feasibility prior to Product Requirements Design stage; and conduct pricing analysis, implementation impact analysis to support implementation and go-to-market strategy. Collaborate with Business Units and Business Intelligence to design data-driven campaigns, campaign performance analysis and A/B testing. Track and monitor product performance across channels, markets & customer profiles, and develop insights on persona of customers and maximize process & profitability based on targeted customer segments. Own repository for product programs and product approvals; ensuring the versions are up to date and the appropriate approvals and renewals are conducted timely. Draft & co-design new product programs & new product approvals, by consolidating and reviewing inputs from Business, Risk (Credit, Operational, Fraud), Legal & Compliance and Operations.
CDD/KYC Execution & Governance ● Lead End-to-End CDD/KYC Processes: Oversee the comprehensive Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes for merchants and clients, ensuring strict adherence to Financial Action Task Force (FATF) standards and local Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CFT) regulations. ● Dynamic Customer Risk Profiling: Conduct thorough risk assessments, including detailed entity structure analysis, Ultimate Beneficial Owner verification, and validation of key documents such as certificates of incorporation and proof of ownership. ● Compliance Documentation and Remediation: Proactively identify and address gaps in compliance documentation, driving remediation actions to maintain audit-ready records. Process Innovation & Cross-functional Collaboration ● Collaborative Workflow Redesign: Partner with cross-functional teams, including Risk and Product, to redesign CDD/KYC workflows using data-driven insights, thereby resolving bottlenecks and enhancing approval rates. ● Process Automation Initiatives: Champion the implementation of process automation to reduce manual workload and improve operational efficiency. ● Training and Development: Design and deliver targeted training programs for frontline teams on emerging regulatory requirements and risk escalation protocols. We are seeking a highly analytical Market Researcher with expertise in both quantitative and qualitative research methods, and a deep understanding of the Japanese market. This role will be pivotal in generating actionable insights to support strategic decision-making across product, marketing, and business development functions. Your day-to-day activities vary; and you will deliver recommendations based on your knowledge and findings to a large array of internal specialists: publishing teams, game creation teams, product & brand marketing; etc. You will also be working closely with the team lead to keep track of projects and timelines The role will cater to our studios in Japan and to external studios looking to explore opportunities in Japan. Your everyday missions will include: Liaise with internal departments to gather their research needs and provide appropriate quantitative research solutions. Champion consumer research across the company and foster a culture of decision-making based on consumer needs. Work in an agile and international environment. This role is both client facing and expected to conduct research independently. Key Responsibilities: Research & Insights: Design and implement full-cycle quantitative and qualitative research projects focused on the Japanese market. Liaise with internal departments to gather their research needs and provide appropriate quantitative research solutions. Translate business needs into research plans and develop questionnaires that meet the objectives of the study. Conduct or oversee moderation of focus groups, IDIs, and usability tests in Japanese (or with local moderators). Analyse quantitative data and qualitative findings to extract trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Project Management: Own and manage research project timelines, milestones, and deliverables from kick-off to delivery.
