工作职责
1、负责品牌国家站整体运营:制定并执行站点运营规划,统筹站点优化、流量运营、用户运营、内容与活动运营相关工作,对站点流量、转化率、GMV负责; 2、推广策略:制定合理的流量策略,协同管理和维护包括Google/Facebook/KOL/EDM/AFF在内的重点渠道,优化站点流量结构,保障业绩目标达成; 3、流量运营:洞察品牌用户需求,准确清晰传递品牌形象并基于品牌与用户规划,策划并协同实现网站架构、排版、功能、购物流程优化,改善用户浏览、转化、服务、留存与复购指标; 4、活动运营:基于市场与用户需求习惯,完成站点活动规划,并基于规划路标协同拉通活动相关方,实现活动上线与活动目标达成; 5、数据运营:具备数据敏感度,熟悉独立站全业务链路各板块数据获取、归因逻辑,能够基于数据分析结论,驱动调整业务运营思路、改善运营效率。

This role supports Anker SOLIX’s installer network by providing remote troubleshooting, commissioning assistance, and resolving on-site technical issues. The role also handles pre-sale technical inquiries from homeowners, helping them select the right Anker SOLIX products and solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to partnered installers and electricians, including remote troubleshooting, software commissioning, and hardware setup guidance. - Respond to pre-sales inquiries from end users, offering product recommendations and explaining system compatibility and functionality. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including installation and troubleshooting guides, training materials, and customer experience reports. - Gather and communicate customer and installer feedback to product and engineering teams to support continuous product improvement. - Identify recurring issues and contribute to the optimization of support processes and workflows.

1. 客户开发与管理 - 开拓海外KA客户资源,包括新能源行业头部渠道商、能源电力公司、系统集成商(SI)、零售/电商平台、ODM/OEM合作方等; - 维护客户长期关系,主导合同谈判及订单落地,协调资源解决客户需求(技术支持、认证支持、售后服务等); - 分析客户业务痛点,定制化解决方案(如光储充系统、户储+微电网集成方案等)。 2. 销售策略与执行 - 制定区域市场拓展计划,管理销售漏斗,确保季度/年度销售指标达成; - 跟踪重点国家政策(如欧洲户储补贴、北美新能源税收优惠)、市场趋势,主导竞品分析并提出差异化策略; - 推动跨境多部门协作(产品、技术、供应链),确保客户需求高效响应; - 行业资源整合,挖掘生态合作伙伴(如安装服务商、储能软件服务商),构建本地化合作网络。
