职位要求 - A Copy-based creative who is experienced in working in the advertising industry and has a flair for storytelling - 4+ years experience in the creative industry, 2+ years in a global 4A creative agency is a must. - Having experience on the client side is a plus, especially in the consumer electronics industry. - Passionate to develop industry-leading creative idea - Bachelor's degree or above. - Based in China, preferably Shenzhen - A English native speaker, with knowledge of Mandarin would be preferred. - Extensive experience in marketing, branding, and communication; - Open to a multi-cultural, fast-paced work environment. - Has a collaborative, Can-do, get-the-job-done attitude.

职位描述 - Collaborate with the senior Creative COE to build the assigned brands through marketing and branding campaigns - Guide in-house creative teams (designer, copywriter, photographer, video creators) for assigned brands to develop creative work based on creative strategy, creative direction and slogan to rollout in developed markets (US, Europe).
1. Design marketing materials. Create graphics for social media, product packaging, websites, and advertisements that align with brand identity. 2. Teamwork is dreamwork. Work closely with copywriters, creative directors, producers, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive visual concepts. 3. A wizard with design tools. Develop designs using tools like Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma. 4. Eye for typography and color theory. Use fonts, design principles, and color schemes to enhance the appeal of marketing materials. 5. Maintain brand guidelines. Ensure consistency across all visual designs to build a strong brand identity. 6. Develop visual concepts. Brainstorm and execute ideas that align with the company’s goals and target audience. 7. Adapt designs for various mediums. Tailor visuals for digital platforms, print, and multimedia projects. 8. Deadlines is key. Manage time effectively to deliver high-quality designs on schedule. 9. Stay updated on design trends. Research industry trends to integrate modern and innovative styles into projects.
- Lead and inspire a team of visual designers and video producers to produce innovative and on-brand content that resonates with our target audience. Maintain a high creative standard while encouraging fresh, bold ideas; - Oversee the creative direction of photo and video shoots, and manage the creative process from concept to final execution, ensuring deadlines are met and projects are delivered within budget; - Work with marketing teams to create engaging and dynamic content for different platforms. Drive the development of compelling video content, photography, and interactive experiences; - Ensure consistency in all creative outputs by adhering to the brand's visual identity, tone of voice, and core values. Review creative materials to ensure they meet brand standards and effectively communicate the brand's personality; - Deep understanding of the product's unique value propositions and develop innovative creative concepts based on it;
Creative & Visual Development: 1. Creative ideation and execution for Ant International's brand communications, including video ads, OOH advertising, and digital content. Translate strategic insights into impactful visual solutions. 2. Systematized Brand Management: Develop standardized workflows and scalable visual assets for Alipay+ global campaigns across diverse channels, ensuring brand consistency. 3. Supplier Collaboration: Manage external vendors by providing clear creative direction and quality control to guarantee high-caliber deliverables. 4. Industry Excellence: Produce award-winning cases that achieve business goals while demonstrating professional expertise.
