We are looking for a creative, passionate, and detail-oriented UI designer to join the UED team. This Regional UED team is responsible for the user experience and product design communication of Lazada platform, mainly covering Buyer scenario, as well as innovative Branding and AI related projects. With "User-Centered Design” as our main focus, we are committed to building a No.1 Southeast Asia user experience platform. - Work closely with designers, copywriters, art directors, and internal marketing and product team members to execute creative work, such as films, animations, renders, product photography, lifestyle photography, and more. - Manage creative projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and tothe highest quality standards. You will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are executed flawlessly,and that any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. - Collaborate with external creative production vendors in China and globally to ensure that their work meets our standards and expectations. You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our vendors, and for ensuring that they deliver high-quality work that meets our needs. - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external vendors, and other partners. You will be responsible for ensuring that all stakeholders are kept informed of project progress, and that any issues are addressed promptly. - Ensure that all creative work is aligned with our brand guidelines and values. You will be responsible for ensuring that all creative work is consistent with our brand identity, and that it communicates our values effectively.

- Lead and inspire a team of visual designers and video producers to produce innovative and on-brand content that resonates with our target audience. Maintain a high creative standard while encouraging fresh, bold ideas; - Oversee the creative direction of photo and video shoots, and manage the creative process from concept to final execution, ensuring deadlines are met and projects are delivered within budget; - Work with marketing teams to create engaging and dynamic content for different platforms. Drive the development of compelling video content, photography, and interactive experiences; - Ensure consistency in all creative outputs by adhering to the brand's visual identity, tone of voice, and core values. Review creative materials to ensure they meet brand standards and effectively communicate the brand's personality; - Deep understanding of the product's unique value propositions and develop innovative creative concepts based on it;
