1、负责巴西供应中心日常运营管理,确保供应中心KPI达成及持续改进,对巴西供应中心整体运作质量负责 2、负责HUB 本地仓储及尾程派送,管理巴西区域内运输和物流合作伙伴,平衡服务水平、库存成本和效率提供本地供应解决方案 3、监控巴西进出口政策、关税变动及贸易壁垒,制定合规应对方案(如原产地规则、反倾销规避) 4、管理Hub端到端订单履行流程(Order Fulfillment),确保客户订单及时、准确、高质量交付 5、负责供应中心库存策略制定以及执行,并对覆盖的区域进行一定的资源调度和平衡
1. 安全战略落地与能力迁移 ○ 基于集团已确立的国际化安全战略,协助制定落地路线图; ○ 协同阿里控股安全团队将国内成熟的基础安全平台能力(如办公安全、生产安全、数据安全等)迁移至国际业务场景,实现“能力出海”。 2. 全球基础安全体系建设 ○ 搭建适配海外市场的基础安全体系,包括访问控制、数据保护、日志审计、威胁监测等; ○ 支撑 Lazada、AliExpress、Miravia等多区域业务的安全能力统一与差异化融合。 3. 产品与平台国际化适配 ○ 推动已有安全能力的国际化重构与组件解耦(语言、部署、合规、接口标准等); ○ 指导控股安全平台产品形成海外通用输出形态,如SaaS化/轻代理/API服务化等。 4. 合规与数据主权落地 ○ 结合各区域法规要求(如GDPR、PDPA、拉美数据法等),推动策略制定与落地执行; ○ 支持数据本地化、跨境流转审计、国际隐私保护机制建设。 5. 全球安全运营能力建设 ○ 协同安全运营团队搭建覆盖多时区、多语言的全球运营体系(轻量SOC、安全工单系统等); ○ 搭建全球威胁情报适配与协同机制,支撑本地事件响应能力。 6. 跨团队协作与团队建设 ○ 与平台(集团安全产技)、业务、安全技术、安全合规、法律、海外运营等团队紧密协作; ○ 参与相关人才梯队建设,为国际安全团队注入全球化能力。 Strategic Execution & Capability Reuse ● Translate group-level global security strategies into actionable execution plans; ● Drive the migration, adaptation, and productization of Alibaba’s core security capabilities (Cloud Infrastrcure, Application and Data Security, etc.) for international business use. Global Security Infrastructure & Architecture ● Build baseline security architectures across markets, including access management, data protection, audit/logging, and threat detection; ● Support regional business security unification while respecting localized needs. Internationalization of Security Products ● Lead internationalization efforts for internal security tools: multi-language support, local deployment architecture, and regional compliance standards; ● Deliver modular, API-driven, and SaaS-compatible security components for overseas platforms. Compliance & Data Sovereignty ● Design and enforce compliance frameworks aligning with GDPR, PDPA, CCPA, and other regional data privacy regulations; ● Support data localization, cross-border flow auditing, and international privacy mechanism design. Security Operations & Threat Response ● Co-build regionalized security operations capabilities (SOC-lite models, incident response playbooks, multilingual ticketing systems); ● Establish globally coordinated threat intel and response mechanisms. Cross-Team & Talent Development ● Work closely with security engineering, platform, legal, compliance, and international operations teams; ● Mentor or hire security professionals with international capabilities and build the foundation of a globally distributed team.
We are actively seeking a seasoned Payment Sanctions Compliance and Governance Specialist to join our AIDC Group Compliance team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in devising, overseeing, and ensuring the seamless implementation of our Group-wide Sanctions program across our licensed entities, with a particular emphasis on the SEA and LATAM regions. Additionally, this role will encompass the formulation and execution of governance framework, including management oversight and management information reporting. Primary Responsibilities: • Formulate and implement Group-wide Payment Sanctions policies and controls in accordance with regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and business needs, ensuring effective deployment across all operational locations; • Develop and implement the Group framework for Name Screening tuning, calibration and optimization; • Conduct regular reviews and validations to ensure the adequacy, effectiveness, and efficiency of name screening systems; • Offer advisory support and coordination on Group Sanctions-related policies, including consultation and feedback; • Deliver training on Sanctions policies, procedures, and guidelines to enhance awareness; • Provide expert advisory to local MLROs, business units, and functions regarding sanctions-related matters, including policy interpretation and application; • Conduct thorough analyses of sanctions-related issues, manage escalated sanctions alerts and transactions, and ensure timely review of all sanctions-related escalations; • Establish and uphold the governance framework across the AML compliance team, including key AML and Sanctions governance forums/committees and Management Information reporting; • Proactively monitor developments in the market, industry or regulatory landscapes and engage relevant stakeholders concerning on the impact to the Sanctions program; • Facilitate with internal and external auditors and regulators relating to Sanctions audits/examinations or ad hoc projects for management reporting.
1. Act as a finance partner to your business team, by providing professional finance analysis and insight to support business development 2. Build accurate forecasts and budget, closely monitor business progress and lead regular financial reviews (weekly, monthly and quarterly) 3. Regularly interact with senior leadership to provide performance analysis and improvement recommendation if necessary 4. Develop ad-hoc business case analysis and facilitate decision making 5. 1. Understand in details Ant's product&product operation capability related to payment processing(acquiring) from credit cards, E-wallets and other APMs under Ant's various global entities including U.S, Latam and various Asian countries. 2. Work closely with business development team to create and present Ant's global payment products solution to both prospective and existing merchants, with a focus on selling new solutions Vs. supporting existing solutions 3. Effectively capture and articulate the merchants business needs, identify the potential gaps and translate them into product requirements 4. Lead the product solution development efforts to fill the gap or fulfill customized requirements with a focus heavily on meeting individual merchant's needs based on existing product capabilities, less of developing whole new product capabilities. 5. Regularly collect product requests from other internal functions such as compliance, operations that will have impact on the implementation of the product solutions to particular merchants 6. Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally, and as the primary product contact for queries related to the product. 7. Manage external and internal stakeholder relationship in any product related engagement. 8. Understand, define and track product performance metric.
