What You'll Be Doing Day-to-Day: - Engage and activate consumer groups across different channels with daily check-ins and content. - Design, launch, and collect responses from short surveys to gather timely feedback. - Analyze consumer data and create insight reports to support GTM decisions. - Suggest optimizations for product messaging, descriptions, and channel-specific strategies based on community feedback. - Continuously recruit new members to keep communities fresh and representative. For more information, please visit: https://us.anker.com/ Pay: $20/hr to $21/hr Location: Remote within the U.S. Position Objective: The Consumer Insights Intern will play a key role in establishing and managing consumer insight communities across 5 or more retail channels, each comprising 20–100 high-frequency shoppers. These channels include Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, Target, Costco, Sam's Club, and potentially others. The goal is to better understand consumer preferences across platforms and drive improvements in product positioning, messaging, and performance across these channels. Key Responsibilities: - Build and manage online consumer insight communities segmented by retail channel. - Recruit and maintain a diverse pool of high-frequency shoppers from platforms like Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, Target, Costco, and Sam's Club. - Design and execute regular consumer surveys to gather feedback on product feature appeal and acceptance, effectiveness of value propositions and messaging, and shopping behaviors and preferences unique to each channel. - Analyze survey data and translate findings into actionable recommendations. - Provide insights that inform product page content, packaging, messaging, and GTM strategies across retail partners. - Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and E-commerce teams to implement data-driven improvements. - Ensure continuous community engagement and maintain data quality standards.

For more information, please visit: https://us.anker.com/ Pay: $21/hr Location: On-site at our Bellevue, WA office Responsibilities: - Support the GTM team in coordinating across internal teams (sales, marketing, product management) and external retail partners for product launches, pricing updates, and promotions. - Assist in gathering and organizing market insights, competitive analysis, and channel feedback to help inform GTM strategy and product positioning. - Help monitor sell-through data vs. forecasts, and support the team in identifying trends or gaps for upcoming products and campaigns. - Work with global product, marketing, and GTM teams to assist in new product introduction planning, including timeline tracking and launch readiness. - Coordinate logistics for sample shipments, store displays, and other GTM materials in support of retail and partner activations. - Support the team in improving GTM processes—help document workflows, suggest ways to increase efficiency, and improve cross-functional alignment. - Assist in basic data analysis related to pricing, product placement, and promotional performance; help prepare presentations or reports for internal stakeholders. - Learn how pricing impacts retailer performance, and assist the GTM team in communicating pricing and promotional strategies to partners.

This role offers hands-on experience in sales, business development, and retail engagement. You’ll support our team in building relationships with local retail partners, learning how to introduce innovative smart home and lawn care solutions to the market. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in identifying and reaching out to independent retail stores to expand market coverage. - Shadow and support field visits to retail partners to observe product demos, sales pitches, and negotiations. - Help generate leads through research, referrals, and local market insights. - Support the preparation of product presentations, promotional materials, and sales proposals. - Collaborate with the marketing team on in-store events, local promotions, and product placements. - Collect and organize market insights on competitors, retail trends, and customer preferences. - Assist with CRM data entry and tracking of leads, prospects, and sales activities. - Participate in team meetings, trade shows, and community events as needed.
