Assist in developing and executing public relations strategies to enhance brand visibility, reputation, and stakeholder engagement. Support the planning and implementation of media outreach activities, including drafting press releases, pitching stories, and maintaining relationships with journalists and media outlets. Coordinate corporate events, product launches, and brand activations, ensuring alignment with company messaging and objectives. Monitor media coverage and online public sentiment, providing timely reports and recommendations to improve brand perception. Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Branding, and Go-To-Market, to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels. Assist in managing the company’s social media presence, creating engaging content that reflects the brand’s tone and values. Support crisis communication activities, helping prepare statements and responses to protect the brand’s reputation.
• Be a subject matter expert on databases, particularly on Relational Databases, able to discuss with customer on database modelling, migration, performance testing and day to day operations • Have wide ranging experience with open source and commercial databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle & SQL Server…etc • Be familiar with major cloud service providers in using it for deployment of workloads (AWS, Alicloud, GCP, Azure…etc) • Be a technical expert on all aspects of OceanBase (compatibility assessment, deployment, administration, development, migration…etc) • Facilitate introduction, discussion and demonstration of OceanBase’s technology, vision and value proposition either via individual or group sessions with customers • Engage and discover prospects’ pain points, business/technical challenges and identify how OceanBase can add value • Run Proof of Concept projects with customers to validate OceanBase’s capabilities Support post sale OceanBase implementation with OceanBase delivery team • Maintain deep understanding of competitive as well as complementary technologies and how to position OceanBase DB in relation to them • Provide guidance on how to resolve customer-specific technical challenges • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to continuously improve OceanBase product and position in the market
Responsibilities: 1 Overall Responsibilities - Work together with various business teams to plan for and execute both corporate, consumer-facing and seller-targeted communication activations, to effectively deliver on the objectives above. - Develop strategic narratives and provide insights that appeal to media, thought leaders and consumers. This includes developing messaging for Lazada’s technology, products and initiatives. - Support on thought leadership and industry speaking opportunities for our executives - Develop and execute a media relationship building programme, including: (a) Maintaining and managing a database of international media based in Malaysia + local key media for Lazada announcements and outreach (b) Planning media engagements to cultivate individual media relationships (c) Working together with agencies & partners to manage and cultivate relationship with media KOLs - Work closely with the rest of Lazada’s centralized communications team across the region to deliver on regional communications activations and provide strategic insights from Malaysia's perspective. 2. Press Office Function & Content Creation - Handle media queries and interviews – including drafting of responses, follow up and coordination of interviews, drafting of briefing documents, work together with various business teams and the agency to handle media queries timely. - Support on content creation that includes Lazada’s news hub executives’ LinkedIn profile and other paid media engagements. This can be in various formats - print, online, podcasts, videos, etc. - Development of communications materials, including: press releases, story angles, pitch notes, bylines, FAQs, etc monthly according to business requirements - Identify, evaluate and support thought leadership opportunities (regional + in-market opps) in the form of speaker opportunities at industry conferences or long-form content creation 3 Issues Management - Provide issues management and crisis communications counsel to mitigate negative coverage or mentions of Lazada Malaysia - Support on issue & crisis monitoring & daily report to relevant teams - Includes media monitoring, crafting of holding/media statements and liaising with media (if necessary)
1、为"中国香港"市场制定有效、创新的C端用户传播公关策略,起到提升品牌知名度与好感度的效果,支持重点电商业务在香港本地市场持续增长。 2、建立和维护当地媒体记者良好关系,确保品牌在主流新闻报导中保持正面调性,避免负面曝光出现。 3、负责策划、组织、执行各类在当地市场的公关传播工作,妥善管理各项目的推进时程与执行品质,确保产出目标传播成效。 4、中国香港当地舆情风险识别,并与公司内相关部门协同对应,妥善管理潜在负面新闻或危机事件,维护公司、品牌声誉。 5、与公司内部横跨不同地区的相关部门,保持良好、顺畅的协作关系。 1.Develop effective and innovative consumer-facing communication and PR strategies for the China Hong Kong market to enhance brand awareness and favorability, supporting the sustained growth of key e-commerce business in the local Hong Kong market. 2.Establish and maintain strong relationships with local media journalists to ensure the brand maintains a positive tone in mainstream news coverage and prevents negative exposure. 3.Plan, organize, and execute various public relations campaigns in the local market, effectively managing project timelines and execution quality to achieve the target communication outcomes. 4.Identify local public sentiment risks in Hong Kong, collaborate with internal departments to address potential negative news or crisis situations, and safeguard the reputation of the company and brand. 5.Maintain positive and smooth collaborative relationships with cross-regional internal departments across the company.
