For more information, please visit: https://us.anker.com/ Responsibilities: - Manage the application and procurement of warehouse office supplies, daily necessities, renovation and maintenance materials, as well as tools and fixtures to ensure a stable supply of materials and equipment for warehouse operations. - Draft and implement warehouse attendance management policies, arrange work shifts, and conduct attendance tracking to maintain workforce attendance levels. - Handle budgeting, application, and settlement of operational expenses such as rent, utilities, property management, and communication/network fees, ensuring timely payment and accounting. - Oversee the collection, calculation, and publication of on-site staff performance data, including bonus allocation and disbursement. - Manage personnel procedures for warehouse employees, including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and reassignment. - Receive and assist visitors to the warehouse, respond to official correspondence from government departments, and coordinate other administrative-related tasks and communications.
