安克创新QA Engineer（芯片项目）

负责Foundry工艺Model的分析、QA以及Model的优化，并能够和供应商合作针对特定产品提出定制化的建议和解决方案，具体职责如下： 1. Foundry model全面性分析和QA、Model和Silicon 比对和PPA 分析。 2. Designer 设计过程Model相关问题的支持和沟通，并和designer合作给出产品Signoff建议。 3. 定制Engineer Model 的合作开发以及支持，包括相关Testkey设计和数据分析。 4. 有Foundry Model TK设计、数据收集以及Model开发经验或Design House Model定制以及应用相关经验为佳。

• 参与项目功能测试，包括用例设计、测试执行与结果评估，确保产品各环节质量可控； • 跟踪并详细记录游戏Bug，推动缺陷的及时修复和回归验证，保障关键问题闭环； • 针对新需求、版本更新进行覆盖性测试，分析和定位复杂问题，提出合理测试改进建议； • 熟练使用测试、缺陷管理和协作工具（如JIRA、TestRail、禅道等），提升测试效率； • 与开发、美术、策划等岗位紧密协作，积极沟通推动测试流程与体验优化； • 关注前沿游戏测试方法与行业动态，持续总结测试经验、提升测试流程。

You are responsible for leading testing efforts at our manufacturing facilities. In this role, you will: - Create, document and train factory resources on testing Beats HW and SW. - Be responsible for analyzing and reporting test results to cross-functional teams. - Utilize your excellent QA background to characterize defects that rarely reproduce. - Manage defect tracking, publish test plans, report, and own the test case execution by the test team. This is a high-visibility role within the organization that requires excellent trouble-shooting skills along with an ability to analyze and act upon the results of work that is executed remotely.
