We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Copywriting Intern to support our Italian market marketing activities. This role is ideal for someone passionate about language, creativity, consumer psychology, and digital marketing, with a strong understanding of Italian culture and online communication trends. You will work closely with the local marketing team on copywriting, proofreading, creative ideation, social media content creation, and other marketing-related activities to help strengthen brand communication and engagement across multiple touchpoints. Job Responsibilities: Proofread, edit, and localize Italian copy for marketing materials to ensure clarity, consistency, grammar accuracy, and alignment with brand tone of voice. Develop and write compelling copy for promotional campaigns, including but not limited to product listings, social media posts, digital ads, technical FAQ website copy, blog posts, marketing survey copy, mobile/software app copy, packaging, product manuals, technical video copy, and more. Create engaging and localized social media copy for official brand channels, helping build a stronger brand personality and maintain positive interactions with the community. Contribute creative ideas and participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns, launches, and content directions. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop product messaging strategies tailored to the Italian market. Assist in reviewing and proofreading team members’ copy when needed. Support additional marketing activities and cross-functional projects as required, including campaign coordination, influencer collaborations, market research, event support, and creative asset organization.
1. Create engaging and business oriented WEU go-to-market plans (paid media, creatives, live-ops, budget management, digital marketing) to support the lifecycle of the games you are responsible of. Be the connexion located in the headquarter to connect on the marketing side with key stake-holders to represent Western Europe and collect global planning insights that will inform the local planning and execution 2. Manage brand activation projects, in support of games that are launched by the business unit, collaborating with internal stakeholders (including Brand Marketing, Product Development, Partnership, Creative Development, Influencers, Community at WEU and HQ level) 3. Project management: monitor status of project from kick-off to post performance review -- check milestones and timeline to make sure on time delivery and conduct post mortem reports after project finishes. 4. Management of consumer facing content in a framework of market localization and quality optimization (copywriting, visual impact, trends.) Work Location: China-Shenzhen

Responsible for content planning, creation, and publishing across regional social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube), ensuring alignment with brand tone and appeal to the target audience. 2. Develop highly engaging content strategies based on local culture, trends, and hot topics to boost brand exposure and user engagement. Social Media Operations 1. Manage and optimize official social media accounts; regularly analyze performance data and adjust operational strategies accordingly. 2. Interact with followers to maintain a strong brand presence, promptly respond to comments and messages, and increase user stickiness. Campaign Promotion & KOL Management 1. Plan and execute online social media marketing campaigns (e.g., challenges, livestreams, KOL collaborations) to drive user growth and conversion. 2. Build and manage a network of external partners (e.g., KOLs/KOCs, agencies) to enhance public channel communication effectiveness. Data Analysis & Optimization 1. Monitor key social media metrics (e.g., traffic, engagement rate, conversion rate), regularly produce performance reports, and propose actionable optimization strategies.

Responsible for crafting creative marketing copy for the local market, including but not limited to social media posts, advertising copy, campaign content, and video scripts. 2. Develop creative content that aligns with brand tone and marketing objectives while catering to local user preferences. Localized Content Optimization 1. Translate core brand messages into creative expressions that fit the local cultural context and language nuances. 2. Continuously optimize copy effectiveness by incorporating local trends, popular expressions, and user habits. Cross-Platform Content Planning 1. Develop differentiated copy strategies tailored to the characteristics of various platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp). 2. Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for communication strategies. Data Analysis & Optimization 1. Track copy performance and continuously refine strategies through data analysis. 2. Regularly produce performance reports and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
1. Participate in and lead the entire process of planning for the exploration and packaging of mobile phone products, be responsible for exploring and packaging the core selling points, product value, product stories, and consumer benefits of the Indian series of products, and determine the product positioning and promotion strategies. 2. Deeply research the products, analyze the competitive advantages and disadvantages, transform the professional product knowledge into marketing language, conduct product story packaging and product selling point communication planning, ensure the transmission and expression of the core product information, and output the core FABE of the product/keynote of the launch event/copy on the official website/speech draft of the launch event/slogan, etc. 3. Be responsible for the communication of the core content planning of the product (in the form of video/copy / graphic, etc.) on the social media and public relations side, participate in the production of core materials and control. 4. Participate in the pre-marketing product planning. Based on the understanding of the industry and users, input marketing-end product insights at the product project establishment stage to ensure the competitiveness of the product.
