- Will report to the Global Head of Communications based in the United States - Act as a local China PR team liaison with key teams within Anker including Brand Managers, Product Managers and Sales. - Work closely with PR team in the US and Europe to create comprehensive PR launch plans, prepare press contents (press release, reviewers guide, press kit, etc.), and ship samples to key journalists around the world. - Help PR teams gather important brand and product information, including roadmaps, product key messages - Help Manage PR reports, global media lists, and other critical PR processes - Be a part of truly global PR team where you will have many opportunities to work and collaborate with PR professionals all over the world
Provide communication strategic counseling to business partners Define and prioritize communication needs of the businesses, identify communications opportunities to support business needs and develop overarching communications strategiesDevelop close relations with the media, journalists, editors who cover relevant territories, as well as maintain/deepen relationship with exiting contacts; handle media enquiries and interviews to generate positive coverage Develop press releases, bylines, speech, talking points, media pitches, and other communications materials Support issues & crisis communications Coordinate and negotiate with PR agencies on events, issues and other activitiesWork with company’s global and local teams to plan and execute integrated communications campaigns
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies to support conferencing product’s business goals, ensuring strong media coverage across platforms (e.g., print, digital, broadcast, podcast). Manage media budgets and ensure all campaigns are executed effectively within allocated resources. Support both B2C and B2B media outreach, by positioning the products in the audio-visual, enterprise communication, IT, and video conferencing spaces. Build and maintain strong relationships with global media outlets, PR agencies, AV industry publications, analysts, and relevant B2B platforms. Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries, ensuring timely, accurate, and brand-aligned responses. Craft and pitch press releases, case studies, op-eds, media kits, and other communication materials to secure earned media placements. Represent Insta360 at media events and local industry activities; preference for candidates located in the U.S. to facilitate in-person engagement.
- Develop and execute PR strategies that align with Insta360’s business objectives and brand vision, ensuring a cohesive message across all channels. - Proactively monitor media and social media channels to identify emerging issues and respond with effective, transparent communication. - Actively monitor and engage in online communities and forums (Reddit, Twitter, Facebook groups) - Manage relationships with external PR agencies, media partners, and creators - Analyze the performance of PR campaigns and provide detailed reports on the impact, effectiveness, and insights for continuous improvement of communication efforts.
