工作职责


Job Responsibilities :
1.Be responsible for the recruitment of salespersons, which includes formulating recruitment plans, clarifying recruitment requirements and job requirements; expanding recruitment channels, such as online recruitment platforms, campus recruitment, job fairs, etc.; screening resumes, organizing interviews, and selecting salespersons who meet the company's requirements; following up on the on - boarding of new employees to ensure that newly hired salespersons can smoothly integrate into the company.
2.Be responsible for expanding and managing local human resources service providers: Conduct in - depth research on the local human resources market, explore potential high - quality human resources service providers, establish and continuously expand the service provider resource database. Conduct business negotiations with prospective service providers, clarify key cooperation terms such as cooperation models, service content, and fee standards, and sign cooperation agreements. Regularly evaluate the service quality of cooperative human resources service providers, and make optimization and adjustments based on the evaluation results to ensure that the human resources support provided by the service providers meets the company's business development needs. At the same time, maintain a good cooperative relationship to promote long - term and stable cooperation between the two parties.

2.负责拓展和管理本地人力资源服务供应商:对本地人力资源市场进行深入调研,挖掘潜在的优质人力资源服务供应商,建立并不断扩充供应商资源库。与潜在供应商进行商务谈判,明确合作模式、服务内容、费用标准等关键合作条款,并签订合作协议。定期对合作的人力资源服务供应商的服务质量进行评估,并根据评估结果进行优化调整,以确保供应商提供的人力资源支持符合公司业务发展需求。同时,保持良好的合作关系,推动双方长期稳定合作。
