任职要求
1.本科及以上学历,财务相关专业背景优先。 2.拥有至少10年以上的财务或财务分析工作经验,有团队管理经验者优先考虑。 3.熟悉财务预算编制和财务报告分析,具备优秀的财务分析能力。 4.具备良好的沟通和协调能力,能够与不同部门和团队有效合作。 5.具备出色的领导能力和团队管理能力,能够激励和指导团队成员。 6.熟悉财务运营的合规性要求,了解税务和审计相关法规。 7.具备良好的问题解决能力和决策能力,能够在复杂环境下做出准确的决策。 Basic Requirements: -Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance and accounting, with more than ten years of relevant work experience. -Have strong curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit, eager to learn new things. -Hands on, proficient in data processing and analysis, -Strong coordination and communication skills, together with solid writing skills. -Strong logical thinking and stress resistance capability -Able to use English as the working language, and open to relocate to MENA countries 具备以下条件优先 -Have overseas financial management experience in MNC -Know Arabic
工作职责
1.负责制定并实施财务战略,确保公司财务目标的达成。 2.负责编制和监督国家/地区的财务预算,并定期进行财务报告和分析。 3.管理和监督团队成员,确保团队高效执行财务任务。 4.确保公司在财务运营方面的合规性,包括税务、审计和风险管理。 5.与其他部门合作,协助制定商业决策和战略规划。 6.参与并支持公司的财务尽职调查和并购活动。 7.解决和处理与财务相关的问题和挑战,提供专业建议和解决方案。 Key Responsibilities: -Oversee the finance team of a country/region and help the business leaders to achieve goals. -Lead the country's budgeting process and closely monitor its execution. -Drive financial analysis to provide good insights and support decision-making. -Coordinate the financial related process for new countries/cities launch and control financial risks. -Cooperate with COE teams in the headquarter like Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Internal control, etc., to ensure business' compliance. -Build an efficient finance team with strong ownership and professional capabilities, and hire and develop the financial talent for future expansion.
1、Be responsible for daily tax compliance work for Keeta local legal entities; 2、Supervise local tax invoice issues, including set up and upgrade e-tax invoice system, make sure the VAT invoice issuance and input tax deduction obliged to VAT guidelines; 3、Provide applicable tax treatments for local business models and suggest tax optimization planning ideas; 4、Advise on international tax issues for cross-boarder transactions with local entities; 5、Manage local transfer pricing documentation and follow Global Transfer Pricing Policy issued by the headquarter; 6、Coordinate with internal tax team from the headquarter and external tax agents to ensure local business operations comply with local tax guidelines; 7、Build up and maintain good relationship with local tax bureau and deal with any tax audit and tax dispute.
1.Assist costomer service platform business team(mulitcountry) on the whole financial process, formulate and optimize financial processes and rules, provide professional financial advice and promote implementation. 2.Support financial matters for customer service business in new countries/cities launching, ensure smooth business-related financial processes, and control financial risks. 3.Cooperate with professional financial teams such as accounting, tax, reporting, treasury, internal control, etc., to ensure all businesses comply with financial rules. 4.Participate in the customer service platform's business plan developing, be responsible for the annual financial budget and rolling forecast, and establish budget management framwork inside country's CE business and conduct effective budget management together with the business team. 6.Gain in-depth understanding of the business, work closely with business partners, establish an effective financial analysis system, conduct in-depth analysis of business operations, providing valuable advice and measure on cost optimization. 7.Participate in the construction of financial digitalization and put forward demands and suggestions from the perspective of analysis and monitoring.
