任职要求
1、Bachelor degree or above, subject in finance and tax is preferred; 2、Have in-depth knowledge in Middle East tax,as well as solid basic technical skills; 3、Possess good team cooperation skills, especially cross-team cooperation activities; 4、Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills, independent thinking and provide innovative solutions; 5、Have strong organization and planning skills, manage and promote projects effectively and efficiently; 6、E-hailing platform experiences, especially food delivery platforms, is preferred; 7、Fluent in Arabic and English, good at communication and socialization. 具备以下条件优先 Related industry background is preferred, i.e., :food-delivery and commerce
工作职责
1、Be responsible for daily tax compliance work for Keeta local legal entities; 2、Supervise local tax invoice issues, including set up and upgrade e-tax invoice system, make sure the VAT invoice issuance and input tax deduction obliged to VAT guidelines; 3、Provide applicable tax treatments for local business models and suggest tax optimization planning ideas; 4、Advise on international tax issues for cross-boarder transactions with local entities; 5、Manage local transfer pricing documentation and follow Global Transfer Pricing Policy issued by the headquarter; 6、Coordinate with internal tax team from the headquarter and external tax agents to ensure local business operations comply with local tax guidelines; 7、Build up and maintain good relationship with local tax bureau and deal with any tax audit and tax dispute.
1. Build and lead Xiaomi GCC (Foucs on Qatar/Oman/Kuwait) social media strategy in line with business objectives 2. Manage social media accounts for a line of Qatar/Oman/Kuwait (Facebook, Instagram) 3. Manage the social media and related project budget, and manage company CRM system accordingly, providing monthly updates on spend and activity 4. Collaborate with Xiaomi’s global social media team and middle east project team to provide local market insights and listen to local social media trend

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic GCC Public Relations Manager to lead and execute public relations efforts across key GCC markets excluding Saudi Arabia (United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman). The ideal candidate will have deep regional expertise, strong media relationships, and a proven track record of delivering high-impact Public Relations campaigns that drive brand visibility, reputation, and business relevance. Strategy & Planning Develop and implement localized Public Relations strategies tailored to each GCC market in alignment with regional brand objectives. Identify opportunities for thought leadership, brand storytelling, and executive visibility. Media Relations & Communications Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier media outlets, journalists, and influencers across the GCC. Serve as the primary media spokesperson for GCC markets (excluding KSA). Draft and localize press releases, media kits, Q&As, and messaging documents. Campaign Execution Plan and execute media activations, press conferences, product launches, and Public Relations events. Collaborate with agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and timely delivery. Monitor and manage reputational risks and proactively address Public Relations issues. Performance & Reporting Track and report on Public Relations KPIs, media coverage, and sentiment analysis. Provide regular market intelligence, competitor analysis, and media insights.
