任职要求
1.Bachelor's degree or above, background in corporate finance, accounting, finance or related majors. 2.More than 5 years of experience in finance BP or related positions, familiar with MENA financial regulations. 3.Have a strong curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit, and eager to learn new things. Able to quickly adapt to new environments and job responsibilities. 4.Have good communication skills and team spirit, and can effectively coordinate and cooperate with different departments. 5.Proficient in using financial software, office software and statistical analysis methods, with good data processing and analysis capabilities. 6.Have a strong sense of responsibility and business sensitivity, think deeply, and possess skills in identifying and resolving issues. 7.Able to use English as the working language, and open to relocating to any countries with in the MENA . 具备以下条件优先 1.Have overseas financial management experience in multinational companies. 2.Can use English or Arabic as the working language. 3.Have work experience in global on-demand/logistics/e-commerce platforms companies.

1.Assist business team on the whole financial process, formulate and optimize financial processes and rules, provide professional financial advice and promote implementation. 2.Support financial matters for new countries/cities launch, ensure smooth business-related financial processes, and control financial risks. 3.Cooperate with professional financial teams such as accounting, tax, reporting, treasury, internal control, etc., to ensure all businesses comply with financial rules. 4.Evaluate the investment and expected return of new business, and provide financial support for business development. 5.Participate in the company's business plan related work, be responsible for the annual financial budget and rolling forecast, and conduct effective budget management together with the business. 6.Gain in-depth understanding of the business, work closely with business partners, establish an effective financial analysis system, conduct in-depth analysis of business operations, identify opportunities and indicate risks. 7.Participate in the construction of financial digitalization and put forward demands and suggestions from the perspective of analysis and monitoring.

1. Onboarding Process Management Own and execute the end-to-end onboarding process for 3PL partners Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure partner materials (e.g.CNPJ, tax records, bank statements) meet all regulatory requirements. Maintain up-to-date onboarding SOPs and proactively identify process improvements. 2. Data Tracking & Reporting Design and maintain onboarding dashboards to track pipeline status, cycle time, and qualification outcomes. Generate regular reports to support business decisions, including partner pass rates, document completeness, and compliance gaps. Monitor 3PL partner performance during early ramp-up period to flag potential risks. 3. Data Analysis & Automation Use SQL to extract and analyze onboarding and partner data from internal databases. Build data queries and lightweight automations to streamline partner tracking and compliance monitoring. Support ad-hoc analysis related to 3PL structure, coverage, risk signals, or partner segmentation.
Job Responsibilities: 1.Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks including CRM updates, proposal preparation, and contract tracking. 2.Coordinate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, marketing) to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery to clients. 3.Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback. 4.Support the execution of sales campaigns, pricing updates, and promotional activities. 5.Help analyze data to improve sales strategies and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). 6.Communicate with existing and potential restaurant partners to support business needs and ensure satisfaction. 7.Track and follow up on leads and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date. 8.Provide logistical and coordination support for partner training and meetings.
