1.Bachelor's degree or above, background in corporate finance, accounting, finance or related majors. 2.More than 5 years of experience in finance BP or related positions, familiar with MENA financial regulations. 3.Have a strong curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit, and eager to learn new things. Able to quickly adapt to new environments and job responsibilities. 4.Have good communication skills and team spirit, and can effectively coordinate and cooperate with different departments. 5.Proficient in using financial software, office software and statistical analysis methods, with good data processing and analysis capabilities. 6.Have a strong sense of responsibility and business sensitivity, think deeply, and possess skills in identifying and resolving issues. 7.Able to use English as the working language. 具备以下条件优先 1.Can speak Portuguese and is familiar with Brazil's finance and tax system. 2.Have overseas financial management experience in multinational companies. 3.Have work experience in global on-demand/logistics/e-commerce platforms companies.

1.Assist business team on the whole financial process, formulate and optimize financial processes and rules, provide professional financial advice and promote implementation. 2.Support financial matters for new countries/cities launch, ensure smooth business-related financial processes, and control financial risks. 3.Cooperate with professional financial teams such as accounting, tax, reporting, treasury, internal control, etc., to ensure all businesses comply with financial rules. 4.Evaluate the investment and expected return of new business, and provide financial support for business development. 5.Participate in the company's business plan related work, be responsible for the annual financial budget and rolling forecast, and conduct effective budget management together with the business. 6.Gain in-depth understanding of the business, work closely with business partners, establish an effective financial analysis system, conduct in-depth analysis of business operations, identify opportunities and indicate risks. 7.Participate in the construction of financial digitalization and put forward demands and suggestions from the perspective of analysis and monitoring.
1.负责Keeta巴西地区所有商户的物料物流解决方案运营管理工作,包括物料采买方案、物流方案的设计、实施和监控;确保业务所需的所有物资准确、及时、安全地交付。 2.制定和实施完备的物料资产管理方案,确保全链路的资产安全。 3.与供应商伙和物流合作伙伴的沟通与协调,确保物流运作顺利进行。 4.与内部团队协同合作,包括采购财法税以及产研团队,建立高效合规的流程与产品,兼顾成本、安全和高效。 5.与内部前线团队合作,确保物料分发、回收、监控流程与功能完善。 What You'll Do: 1.Responsible for the operation and management of material logistics solutions for all merchants in Keeta Brazil, including the design, implementation and monitoring of material procurement solutions and logistics solutions; ensure the accurate, timely and safe delivery of all materials required for business. 2.Develop and implement a complete material asset management programme to ensure the safety of assets along the entire chain. 3.Communicate and coordinate with supplier partners and logistics partners to ensure smooth logistics operations. 4.Collaborate with internal teams, including purchasing, finance, legal and tax, as well as production and research teams, to establish efficient and compliant processes and products, taking into account cost, safety and efficiency. 5.Collaborate with internal frontline team to ensure material distribution, recycling, and monitoring processes and functions are perfect.

1. Onboarding Process Management Own and execute the end-to-end onboarding process for 3PL partners Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure partner materials (e.g.CNPJ, tax records, bank statements) meet all regulatory requirements. Maintain up-to-date onboarding SOPs and proactively identify process improvements. 2. Data Tracking & Reporting Design and maintain onboarding dashboards to track pipeline status, cycle time, and qualification outcomes. Generate regular reports to support business decisions, including partner pass rates, document completeness, and compliance gaps. Monitor 3PL partner performance during early ramp-up period to flag potential risks. 3. Data Analysis & Automation Use SQL to extract and analyze onboarding and partner data from internal databases. Build data queries and lightweight automations to streamline partner tracking and compliance monitoring. Support ad-hoc analysis related to 3PL structure, coverage, risk signals, or partner segmentation.
